In walking by Auntie Anne’s in Westmoreland Mall, I witnessed, on two separate occasions, two different employees working raw dough without gloves. According to the PA Dept. of Health, it is a health violation. Beware patrons. This has been reported to corporate in Georgia.

Food is good but you can just tell the old lady with the dark hair who works there is MISERABLE!! If you don’t like your job get a new one. There’s no need to be rude to the customers. This isn’t my first experience with her being rude.

Stopped by Auntie Anne's Greensburg mall the case was full and people at nearby tables were eating pretzels. Stood at counter the woman ignored us for a good 5 mins, then turned and snapped I am closed people want to call off work I am not selling anything else. So unprofessional and rude. You obviously were selling until your temper tantrum.

Was craving a pretzel as I haven’t had one for years. $6.79 is crazy! And then they have a tip option! You are literally handing me a pretzel you just pulled out of the case…Also was waiting in front for several minutes before anyone came out from the back and the employee just started waiting on others eventhough I was there prior to them. The pretzel was ok but could tell it was sitting there a while.

Bought a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzel and they were so doughy. Brought them to the counter and they said since I ate half of it that I was only getting a small one. Literally ate maybe 5 because I thought maybe they wouldn’t all be that awful. Terrible customer service! They also had a huge hair in it. And considering none of the employees wear hair nets and gloves I can see why.

Pretzels are very good, unfortunately they don't except their own gift cards. This is the third time we have tried to use them and each time they are rejected saying our system is being updated ,try back next week.
