Me and my mother took all her grandchildren here to eat dinner. The waitress was awesome!! We had a lot of them and she took care of each and every one of us!!! The food was delicious!! The coffee was hot!! Will recommend!!

We ate around 6PM on Thanksgiving. In spite of the time everything on the special menu seemed to be available. We were promptly seated and received our food quickly. Although our waitress was obviously extremely tired she took great care of us and was smiling and pleasant.
The only distracting note was sitting at the table nearest to the register it was obvious to us that one or two takeout customers seemed to have lengthy waits.

I took my wife, two girls, and baby girl here on Sunday. We were sat down and forgotten about. I watch several tables be sat and had orders taken before us. So we sat with our menus and crayons for 20 minutes. One of the most bizarre things I’ve been apart of. I made eye contact with several workers. But nobody seemed to want to serve or help us. So we packed up and went to McDonald’s. Fails all around.

Decided to take my family here on a Tuesday night. Fiance ordered the 5 tender dinner platter with coleslaw and fries. She ended up getting 2 chicken breast as first. When she said something about it to the waitress, she took it back. The cooks decided to cut up said breast, throw them in the fryer for a minute (over cooking them),
And then throw them back onto the plate. When the plate came out, she tried to take a bite and ended up burning her lip do to the frier oil that was still seeping out of the chicken.

All around a very poor ordeal for a restaurant. More things happened but this was the biggest item. Just disappointed with a restaurant I have enjoyed in the past.

Food prep took nearly an hour. All food came out cold or uncooked. Hashbrowns were actually frozen inside. Bacon was old pre-cooked and clearly hours if not days old. From the first plate being sat down to the last took over 30 minutes. Server tried her best, but the kitchen was poorly run and clearly untrained. This was not a server issue, but kitchen and leadership. Indeed, No manager to address issues. Truly a disgrace to the Bob Evan’s franchise. Save your money, time, and likely exposure to food borne illness. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 82 dollars worth of food last night for pick up . Come get the food drive all the way home start passing the food out to 3 adults and 3 starving toddlers !!! All for many items to be missing . Go all the way back to restaurant dont even get an apology. Got an excuse that the staff doesn't know what they are doing . No discount no apology. NOTHING but the cold food that was missing in the first place . HORRIBLE way to treat a customer!!! Edit ::: just called restaurant and spoke with a manager. Who was absolutely AMAZING HER NAME IS BRITTANY GIVE HER A RAISE

Ordered Combo half sandwich half soup pot roast in sandwich was too salty to eat, soup was cold, waitress was scattered kept saying she had anxiety. Should have stayed with the Irwin location.

Went here for breakfast on Friday, Sep. 12th. I had the steak tips and eggs, and my partner had the double mrat breakfast. The food was wonderful! The flavor of the steak with the onions and mushrooms was amazing. My partner ordered French toast with his meal, which we shared. This was also very yummy. The only caveat was somewhat slow service. I believe they are, like most chain restaurants, understaffed. But our waitress was very kind and friendly, and you could tell she was shouldering a lot of responsibilty on her own. The kitchen might also be understaffed, which would explain why we waited half an hour to be served. Overall, a positive experience. We will be back.

My waitresses name was Nina she was absolutely wonderful my husband and I came in for a late breakfast due to having home remodeling done she offered us coffee orange juice apple juice instead of just saying what can I get you to drink. my coffee wasn’t hot but Nina made sure she got me a fresh cup although I expressed to her it was okay she said it was not okay. So I said just heat it up instead she came back with a steaming hot fresh cup She was smiling very friendly she was over all a great waitress I tried doing a survey through Bob Evans but it’s not allowing me I also called in corporate to let them know how kind and pleasant their employee is. My husband and I never request a certain waitress but Nina will now be our waitress from here on out. Nina if you see this thank you so much for being so kind and genuine I needed that from the stress we’ve been dealing with our home repairs. We will be back thank you
