Our homefries were burnt. We ask for new ones never got them,also ask for extra butter & syrup & Jelly. Never got it, So my husband had to actually walk up & find someone to get it for us by then our food was disgusting & COLD.

One of the worst eating experiences we've had since we've been in Pennsylvania. Staff was arguing with management in public. The eggs were poorly cooked rubbery scrambled eggs. In general the overall atmosphere was charged with negativity. Our first inclination was to walk out. Our second inclination is that we should have.

Restaurant is going downhill. Was in over the weekend and the $13 cheeseburger was not only dry but burnt. The burger was frozen not fresh as it should be for the cost. Fries were dripping in grease. The waitress was nice and gave a $5 discount. The wait was long and too short handed. Biggie is get a cook that can. Prices and tips go up but quality and service go down. Sad

Ordered food which was supposed to be ready by 8:30 and it was a little late but no harm. The place was clean, and the staff were pleasant, courteous, and very professional. Bob's has gone down hill since Covid. We used to go quite often, but have been going elsewhere. So corporate put out a 20% Off coupon. So we stopped to give a chance again. We couldn't believe they only had one waitress working! Poor girl was going crazy! With maybe 6 cars in the parking lot we were put on a wait list. Unreal. So service was average but not her fault! Poor management. Won't be going back again for a while.

Later Sunday evening, not many customers but food wait was long. Food fine, what you'd expect.
Mac and cheese was cold. Steak was extremely thin and over cooked. Ranch dressing was sour/expired. Servers were (visibly infront of us) flipping coins to see who "had to take our table." Service was slow even though there were not many customers. Hostess ignored us at the counter while we were waiting to pay, until we verbally asked if she could help us.I have worked in the food service industry for over 15 years. I can tell when service is lacking due to being busy vs poor service in general. This is overall bad service from all the staff.
