Was here today with my daughter. She’s been waiting to stop and try out the bubble tea. (Last few times they been closed) so she was over the moon to see them open today. We go in the man was very helpful, she ordered her drink and got some goodies. She never had mochi before. I believe that’s what they were called. So she got a variety box, he told us ever flavor that was in there. He was so nice. I would go back again and again just because he was so nice and patient with us. She loved the tea and said every flavor mochi was amazing.! Thank you again sir for all your help.Kid-friendliness: He was very nice and helpful while talking with me and my daughter
So so so beyond happy to have a local bubble tea place that actually serves a variety of flavors and doesn't focus on just being sweet, sweet, sweet. Such a great addition and would recommend it to anyone that likes bubble tea! Only downside would be location, but definitely not a dealbreaker.

I've recently become addicted to their bubble tea the past few months and really only come to this mall just for that. I live in johnstown so I make special trips here JUST for the bubble tea. It's a Thursday (Sept 15th 2022) and it was only 7:50, I walked up to the shop all excited for my bubble tea and was shocked to see it closed, no lights on, Nobody there, the gate pulled down over their shop. I am very disappointed I wasted my time walking there. I looked online prior for their hours , and it stated closing soon (at 8pm). So why the heck were close and shut down and gone before 8? Please change your hours accordingly so people avoid having their time wasted like this and being disappointed.

Have gotten bubble tea here at least 3X. They make fresh in front of you. Have tried the chai tea, Thai tea, and matcha. All highly recommended

Bubble Tea has to be one of the busier places at Westmoreland Mall. On weekends there is always a long line of customers. The owner(s) really hustle to quickly serve everyone and are good at what they do. I'm a regular mall walker and have observed how successful their business has been. Quite a variety and extensive list of bubble teas and smoothies to enjoy. And while a little costlier than a regular soft drink, quite a nice treat! They have some seating, but could make their store a little more appealing to stay and drink your tea there, but that doesn't seem to be a priority right now. But I'll say bravo to this thriving business!

Not what I would call "a place to buy tea". If you sold loose tea with a decent variety, it would bring in a wider variety of customers. Customer service is excellent and the drinks are refreshing.
