Staff was rude. Been here multiple times and was happy to support a good cause, but will not any longer. When we first entered the kitten room my daughter did try to pick one up which I immediately corrected. One of the workers, Alexa, was extremely rude. She would stand outside the door looking inside the door watching my daughter. It was strange behavior and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Also, Alexa and another worker were inside the kitten room at the same time as us at one point and were talking to each other about one of the black kittens had some sort of drainage going on causing the kitten to be dirty and sticky and they said all the kittens needed to be on an antibiotics. I have 2 cats at home and it made me scared to think of bringing a sickness or disease home to them due to the cafe’s negligence of the cats health. I think as a non-profit they would have a staff that is friendly and happy to have customers; this is not the case at this cafe. The staff here is rude and their unwelcoming and unpleasant behavior is enough to keep anyone away.

Five stars is not enough to accurately describe how awesome this place is. I always make it a point to come here when visiting family, I love it that much. The staff is friendly, the cats are adorable, the coffee is delicious & the merchandise is super affordable. The aesthetic is so cute and the place is very clean too. I’ve been to many cat cafes and this one is easily my favorite. I already can’t wait to go back! Highly highly highly recommend.

It has coffee, coffee cakes and cats! How can this place not be 5 stars?! The coffee selection was diverse, the coffee cake selection was good and they were very tasty. The cat selection was excellent as well! Many cats to pet and play with! I plan on going back for sure!

This was the best cat cafe experience I’ve ever had! Extremely friendly staff, I was stuck in traffic beforehand was a bit late but the girl at the front desk was super accommodating and still granted me the full 45 minutes of kitty time. The coffee was super good as well! There were so many kitties and they were (mostly) very playful and friendly. They have the cutest kitties and are accommodating to their health conditions!

Posting after our second visit and it was great both times. They have spacious kitten and adult rooms with enough places for the cats to play or get peaceful sleep. Always look forward to the rotating drink themes, which was Hello Kitty this visit! They have a variety of cat-themed gifts and cat toys to buy in addition to a small thrift store section. I could keep going on about how much I love it here, but I’ll summarize as a MUST VISIT!!

I’ve been following this cat cafe online for a while and was finally able to visit. It did not disappoint! Abundant drink options, friendly staff, fun setup. The cats were amazing.
