Charleys Cheesesteaks

Too good

Warm comfort food on a chilly night. Got the regular cheese steak combo - about $15. Plenty of hot, juicy, steaky, cheesey food. Fries were golden brown. Service was friendly with plenty of smiles and thank yous, maybe even a gracias thrown in.

I'm a big fan of Charley's in general and this location doesn't disappoint. One of my favorites to go to when I go to the mall.

11 something for a small sub with fries and a small drink. It's pricey, but the chicken is great tasting. The fries were hot and crispy. The people were friendly, and the food was made quick.

Food is bland and very over-priced. The workers don't understand English so if there is any issue, good luck having it resolved. Don't waste your money here, go to any other vendor in the food court.

Went to Charley's today and ordered a Bacon 3 Cheese sub with a side order of cheese fries. When the people behind me go their order before me I asked why they made their order before mine. They said they were waiting on fries. I said, okay and waited. After 20 minutes I asked if the fryer was broken. I got served my food 25 minutes after ordering only to find out they rung me up for the wrong order. Instead of a Bacon 3 Cheese sub and cheese fries, they rung me up for bacon cheese fries and cheese fries. After wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time, I asked for my money back and went to Chick-fil-a where I was in and out in 5 minutes with my correct order. Never going back. The people working didn't even have the courtesy to apologized after all of that.

So the food is good but the service is horrible. I asked the cashier if I could get a large california with lettuce and ranch on half and just ranch on the other half, she just shook her head no and said nothing. So I tell her do ranch and lettuce on all of it then. They gave me the sandwich with half lettuce and ranch and the other half with lettuce ranch pickle and tomato which is not what I ordered and she lied and told me they couldn't do seperate toppings. Every worker there barely speaks english and doesn't understand the language either. I tried to make casual conversation while waiting and every worker there just ignored me and walked away. The sampler clearly did not understand english at all when I asked her a question about when they were allowed to start sampling again all she said was "california" and turned her back to me. I've worked for this company twice in the last 15 years and each time I quit due to management. A manager actually tried to steal my identity in 2010. After being blown off and lied to I wont be back again. The north versailles location is miles ahead of this one. Angel if u see this whats up man go get greensburg back into shape lol.

Charlies has really good food but unfortunately I found a bug in my sub before I took another bite

Great place to eat! Employees are polite and friendly. Love the chicken philly and the fries are always hot, made to order.

Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old grandson loves the kids meal chicken tenders and he really loves the 2 pack Oreos that come with it.
