I was in a bit of a pickle at the Chick-fil-A drive thru couldnât figure out that app for the life of me. Luke came over, noticed I was strugglinâ, and kindly walked me through it without makinâ a fuss. He was patient, respectful, and didnât make me feel silly one bit. He helped me get my order in and even showed me how to use my points. It sure meant a lot to me. Just good, solid customer service. If everyoneâs as kind and helpful as this, yâall can bet Iâll be cominâ back plenty.

My kids and I dined in last week, three small kids and it was chaotic, They needed refills on their drinks and needed extra sauces. Megan was quick to refill their drinks and also get us extra sauces. It just make it easier for me to juggle the children.. her kindness was very appreciated!

We stopped here for a bite to eat, right off of 30, easy to get into and out of, friendly staff, clean floors and tables, quick service even with the amount of guests. Layout of seating is open, food was hot when it arrived

Food was delicious, however this is the second time in a row Iâve went through the drive thru, & received regular nuggets. The last time I was here, back in December I ordered an 8 count of grilled nuggets, & fries. I received regular nuggets. This time, I ordered an 8 count of grilled nuggets, fries, & a side of mac & cheese. I received regular nuggets instead of mac & cheese. I drive an hour to eat here, not very thrilled. Besides this, the pomegranate lemonade was very delicious.

Went through drive through and cold dry nuggets. Missed our spicy dressing for SW salad also didnât give us chicken tortilla soup we ordered . Not a great experience they have been better.
Went through the drive thru and ordered lunch for my mother and I and ordered two chicken meals. We ordered 3 different sauces and asked for salt. When we pulled up to pick up our bag I asked is the sauce and the salt in the bag she replied if you ordered it it's in there. We then went to pull over to eat and realized that there were no sauces and no salt. On top of that my mom ordered a regular Coke and I ordered a diet Coke and they gave me two diet Cokes so I had to go back into the store ask them to fix my drinks and ask them for the sauces and the salt that they didn't put in my bag the manager was standing right there didn't even apologize or offer any way to fix it and it seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. By the time I got to eat my food it was ice cold and at that point all I could do was throw the food out. I am a regular at this store and have never received service so bad not sure if I will be returning. I would rather go to Arby's across the street where I know I get great service every time I go and everybody's friendly, even if it's busy.
