Chili's Grill & Bar

We frequent this restaurant often because we enjoy, but we were disappointed in tonight's visit. No complaints with our waiter, who did everything he could to address issues. I ordered 3 for me as plain well done no pink hamburger but was served hamburger with pickles, mustard, ketchup, etc. sent it back and waited for new plate. My husband's 3 for me was upgraded to the 6 ounce steak well done no pink but had to be sent back because of red inside. It was then prepared correctly. At time of checkout with 2 five dollar gift cards and free chips because we are rewards' members, the check amount was not correct. It took l believe 2 attempts to correct the bill to correct amount. We had already used our credit card for the first charge because we did not expect an issue. We have copy of receipt for the corrected amount. Waiter did all he could throughout our visit...problems with cooking staff? problems with auto pay/ pay network???Hope to return next time with no issues. The first incorrect charge has already been noted as pending charge. I will dispute that charge if corrected charge does not appear..

I just have to say me and my boyfriend had the best experience ever. Chrissy gave us such a great service! She helped recommend the triple fajitas combo. It was delicious!!! I told all my family and friends when you come to chilis you have to request Chrissy!

My family had dinner and everything was great. Our service was great and the food was as we expected. Our waitress was attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you for taking care of us.

Stopped in for lunch while Black Friday shopping. We expected a bit of a wait given the high volume shopping day but we only waited about 10 minutes. Our server was very polite and helpful. She picked up that I was trying to covertly cover the bill while my fellow diners were wanting to split the check. Our meals were delicious but the soup could have been warmer. It was busy with most seats filled. The check for four diners was reasonable. All this making our break from shopping an enjoyable time.

Went here with a few friends before going to rhe movies. Absolutely loved it here. The food was great, the wicked margaritas were great (which is the biggest reason we went. We were going to see wicked and the margaritas looked so good).our waitress Sabrina was amazing. She was friendly fun and just overall a really sweet girl! Thank you for a wonderful experience

Very good Burger
I got the $10.99 deal . A salad , quarter pound plus burger with Broccoli as the side. Your drink is also included.
It was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon but I still didn’t have to wait very long for the food.
Every employee that helped me was very nice.
Very Clean as well.
Good overall experience

Great service and excellent quality of the food! It was super busy when we came but our waitress (I think her name was Erica if I remember correctly) was so kind and everything came out quickly despite the restaurant being completely full. Everything tasted fantastic and we had a great time!
