Server and management corrected issue with our steaks cooked incorrect by a re-cook, and 3 free
desserts .
Their chips and multiple dipping sauces were awsome!!
Next time we want steaks we will go to a Steakhouse...

Well this is the 2nd time we have been there in the last month. We were able to sign in on line and didn't have to wait by the time we arrived. Each time the waiter and waitress was courteous and appreciated our patronage. Our drinks and appetizer arrived fairly quick and our meals shortly there after. The presentation of food was good for the price( we all chose from the 3 for me on the menu). Over all an enjoyable time. We will be back.

The food was really good, but there were three people constantly stopping by and asking how our food was. We had a hard time enjoying our food because of it. One of the people that checked on us multiple times was the manager and then our waitress and then another person that was helping our waitress. Someone literally stopped by our table every 4 or 5 minutes. We left as fast as we could.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly and they have these kiosks on the table the kids can play games on as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible and there is room between the tables for a wheelchair although it will be a tight fit at times.

We haven't been to Chili's in quite a while.
We decided to do a quick stop on our way to get some groceries at Sam's and upon entering it was super cold so we questioned even staying but we decided to go ahead. We ordered the trio appetizer with the different salsa and chips. When we got them we told our waitress that they were way too salty and she just laughed and walked away.
When she came back again we mentioned the second time how they were ridiculously salty and showed her the table where all the salt is falling off and again she laughed and said well that's how they make them in the back.
What she should have done was went and got the manager and said I have a customer that has expressed twice the dislike for the food and got us some chips without all the salt. The picture posted is a reflection of all the salt that was coming off the chips we then proceeded to try wiping the salt off with a napkin so we could continue eating but then we just gave up eating , paid the bill and left. Complete waste of $17. So I will not be dining at Chili's again.
There are too many restaurants in this area so you have to be at the top of your game, and Chili's is not even in the ballpark...

The chips and salsa are great. Food was was not thou. Was there during a very slow down time so it was disappointing that the fries were old and cold. I understand pre cooking fries ahead of time during peak hours when it's busy but you gotta keep everything fresh when it's slow.

Tried this location. Overall was pretty decent. Always great food but portion sizes changed. They made the serving bowls thicker in material for less serving product. Salad came out in a really small/tight bowl. Light fixtures were really dusty. Tables didn't have salt or pepper. Manager was non-existent. Texas Road House managers always visits the tables. District manger is never around when needed. Find better management that can run all these locations.

The service just wasn’t on. I’ve seen better service at Taco Bell. The can’t figure out what they want to be a Mexican restaurant. American food restaurant. I will not being attending restaurant ever again I’m my life. God bless. Jesus loves you

I’ll start off by saying that I work in the food industry as well, and I get it!. . but this establishment needs to get it together. The first burger I ordered was completely raw in the middle, colddd, and sad :(
So I asked for another one, no problem…. but then it came out and the cow was still MOOing! Since it took over an hour, I thought it would be ok to ask to take it off since everyone else in my party was done eating.

I will say, our waitress was super sweet about the situation! On the other hand, the manager did not want to work with us. She reluctantly took the first burger off but was not accommodating. Needless to say, I did not get a meal at this establishment! I was patient enough for two burgers but the third one was not the lucky charm. I hope it was just a fluke, but I will not be returning to this restaurant!

Overall, don’t get a burger at Chilis 🤣

The service sucks waited at the bar 5 minutes before anyone came out mixed my drink it was all pop other people came in and and it someone 10 minutes to greet them . Then people came to the bar and our server never acknowledged them no team work there should of went to Applebees the food is so much better and you get more for your money there

All I wanted was ribs and your restaurant does not have them like what the heck how do you not have ribs when they are on the menu. Take them off or get them to delivery your restaurant them again.

Service was amazing. Ordered food and received it within 5 minutes. The ribs challenge Smokey Bones ribs as they are just as good.

Typically all chain restaurants are the same. After being over the road the last few years and being at several other Chili's, they're not all created equal. This is my local at home Chili's. Our food was really good, but it's a shame an early dinner for 2 was 66 bucks (that's everywhere now though), which did include 1 desert and 1 holiday margarita... which we're both very good. Our waitress was very personable and brought out loads of salsa for us, more than expected. She also have us containers to take 2 of them home. Food service is tough nowadays so you have to stand out somehow and that she did! She was run thin, having several other tables to wait so she wasn't/couldn't be around as much as she could've been. Not her fault, you never know when you'll be under or over staffed. Being over staffed can make the customers happy, but not the wait staff whose only getting a couple tables and hour. The restaurant itself was pretty messy to be honest. It reminded me of the old days at TX Roadhouse when you were expected to throw your peanuts on the floor. That being said, it could've been alot cleaner, hence the 3 stars.
This is one of the best Chili's I've been to, I just wish they still had the soup and salad deal ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
