This was the best Chili’s location I’ve ever had. Our waitress, Ruth was phenomenal; very personal, friendly, attentive, and courteous. We received our beverages within minutes. Our appetizer, the southwestern egg rolls were really good. About 10 minutes later our food came out. I ordered chicken fajitas and my daughter had the appetizer sampler. Everything was excellent. No complaints about this visit 10/10.

this was single handedly the GREATEST chicken tenders of my ENTIRE life. the fries on top of it… incredible, i am a certified #munch over some chilis. i mean it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. i ate with my mouth open to let my peers around me hear how splendid my meal truly was. chilis please sponsor me it would mean the world to me #lank

Our waitress, Erica, provided us with one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in years. She was extremely attentive, gave us updates on when we’d be receiving our food, and was kind. we didn’t have to wait to be seated and our food was perfect. Haven’t had Chili’s in a while but this whole experience makes me want to become a regular!! Thanks for your great service and experience, we appreciate all you do

My daughter brought my wife and I out for our anniversary, unfortunately they keep seating everyone in the same area with one waitress which was clearly over her head. First brought out my daughter’s meal incorrectly and differently not complete. And never asked if we needed anything else or if everything was good. Then 15 minutes into our meal she brought out my daughter’s asparagus, just sat it down and off she went then it was cold completely the worst experience at a chilis ever. Ps the manager never even came out after the complaint Katie Varga store manager very disappointed

We have returned three times. Food good as well as service. Booths n tables were sticky n greasy and when you opened the door to enter there was an awful odor. We thought maybe we just hit at a bad time but we tried three times. Don't know if we will return to this site!
Just walked in waited for about 2 minutes and turned right around and left. How can people eat In This place with that nasty smell! Omg the smell of this place was horrendous! Will never be back again!

My family and I frequent Greensburg Chili's quite often. It's always great food and awesome service. We know that it is one place we know we will never be disappointed. Their Alfredo is my go to, can't go wrong with it!

Not going back again. After asking twice not to be sat in the bar because the service from the bartender is so atrocious, we were still sat in the bar. Ordered from surly as usual female blonde bartender. After hearing a manager screaming at employees in the kitchen for the next 15 minutes straight we walked out. Everyone who works there seemed miserable and we're walking out of the kitchen rolling their eyes. We didn't want to spend the rest of our night listening to this woman yelling at staff so we left.

The HIGH CHAIRS are DISGUSTING. They looked like they were never wiped down. If you go take your own. Food and service was good!
