I never write bad reviews but I feel I need to after back to back bad experiences at this restaurant. A month ago we ordered a kids quesadilla meal and they neglected to put any cheese on the tortilla so we have a single tortilla in the box for our toddler. As of the time writing this, we placed a pick up order where my wife went with our toddler to pick up. She waited 40 minutes in line after our order was supposed to be ready and was finally told it would take an additional 30 minutes. Manager was rude and disrespectful and said we could only be refunded by calling corporate. Very poorly run business and incompetence with the management. We will not be returning to pay for their overpriced poor quality food and services.

Waited 55 minutes in the store to get take out because one person was working the line, only for it to taste like it was several days old and overly salted. Not to mention the place looked disgusting with food on the floors, prep surfaces, and tables. Extremely disappointed and will never go back to this location.

Worst chipotle ever. Me and my coworkers order here for lunch and order for the drive thru. The last three times our orders were wrong. This last time we checked them before we left the parking lot and they were no where near correct. Went in to get them to remake my order and the manager was very unprofessional. This is the last straw. I will never be returning to this restaurant ever again. I hope corporate does something about the lack of quality and customer service being handled at this location.

1hr 40 minute wait In drive thru for cold food was told we can't get a refund. Only 7 cars ahead of us in drive thru. 50 minutes into the wait an employee came outside to throw out 5 pieces of cardboard while there we 10 cars in the drive thru lane. When we finally got to the window took 9 minutes to be addressed by the employee we were watching throw shit all over the kitchen. Rice was hard, chips were soggy and covered in oil, everything was cold. Rampant unrivaled incompetence.

I went through DoorDash for this order. I got a phone call stating that they were completely out of guacamole. I said fine that’s OK. I’ll still accept the order not a problem. Got my food opened it up. I had no lettuce and it looked like complete garbage the steak was dry not worth the amount you got to pay for….for something that’s just being thrown in the trash. They need to get it together. it’s not worth it.

I'm really disappointed in this establishment. The first time I ordered from them I got a full container of food. The second time I ordered it was pretty skimpy to say the least. I thought I'd give them one more chance considering it was going to go 50/50 either way. And once again they didn't even fill up the container. Very skimpy portions for $17+. It's a disgrace to be quite honest! I will not be visiting this location again. It's worth driving a few miles down the road to the next location to get what you pay for. This particular establishment should be ashamed of themselves for what they're putting out.

I don't know why, every time I come here solo or with my friends, their portions are almost half compared to the Chipotle by Walmart. I guess cause it's by the mall they are rationing? If you guys are reading this.... I still feel its bad customer service from your store at that point.. Give the customers what they paid for...when the bowl is half filled, it looks like we got conned... . Location is what earned its stars I given, otherwise even the food, it seems cold all the time. They are well stock on the condiments and utensils though......

Consistently disappointing. They almost always forget to include salad dressing, portion sizes are inconsistent, and it's anybodys guess as to whether your food will be correct or not. Ordered a salad tonight that was missing 5 of my requested ingredients, including the additional portion of meat. Good luck getting a hold of someone, all the phone does is ring.
