Historically my family loves the food at chipotle, but my last 2 experiences here were not great.
One was an online pick order for a bowl. I ordered what I get every time but the portion size of the bowl was very small compared to normal, so I will avoid online pick up orders in the future.
Just yesterday (10/26) my family went into the restaurant for lunch. It was filthy! The tables were all dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, the floors were a mess, the drink...

The food was good as it always is but there was no Cholula. Also there were only four employees in the line took forever and it also looks like they never have an opportunity to clean. The cleanliness bothered me. I understand having to work in fast conditions but I mean come on... looks like they need more employees.

We love coming to this Chipotle! Always great quality and fast service, even at lunch and dinner rush. We visited over the weekend and I left my purse there. Manager Adrienne reached out to me immediately and really went above and beyond to get it back to me safely.
