Love going to Chucky E Cheese! Stuffed crust pizza is yummy and the games are great for all ages! The only flaw this time was the soda tasted weird. Other than that, great time!

I take my toddler here about once a month and it used to be a fun, reliable outing, but the last couple of visits have really gone downhill. On our most recent visit, a weekday afternoon, it took around 10 minutes just to be let inside and stamped in. There was a line growing at the counter and instead of letting people in, staff kept prioritizing the food line. Because of that delay, my daughter missed seeing Chuck E. Cheese walking around, which was the whole reason she was excited to go in the first place.
We don’t normally eat here but we decided to this time and our play time was almost up before the food was even ready. The quality was also disappointing considering the price point.
A lot of the games were out of service or missing pieces. Two of the skee-ball lanes only had a couple of balls and several other games were malfunctioning, which was disappointing since that’s the main reason we come.
The worst part was the prize counter. We waited over 20 minutes just to buy a single lollipop while staff continued to prioritize the food line and help customers who walked up long after us. Then, when we went to leave, we had an additional wait time again for someone to come check our stamp. Normally I am patient, but with a toddler who is non-verbal and struggles with long waits, it made the experience really stressful. I am not looking for special treatment, just basic efficiency, especially on a weekday afternoon when it wasn’t even busy.
I am sad because we really enjoy our monthly visits and every other location is over an hour away. I am really hoping this doesn’t become the norm for this store. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because we would love to keep coming, but lately the experience just hasn’t matched the Chuck E. Cheese we’ve come to know and love.

Employees are nice and helpful. Chucky came out twice when i was there. He danced and took pictures with the kids. If he doesnt come out just ask the employees and they will make sure he does.

I would like to thank Liz and Bri for allowing my son and the rest of my family to have a great time during my son's birthday party yesterday. Liz was always checking in on us making sure our needs were met and had a huge smile on her face the whole time. Highly recommend having a birthday party here.
I have taken my children and grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese for over 30 years. Took our youngest grandchild (havent been to one in 2 years), the other day and was VERY disappointed.
I understand prices are increasing everywhere in this economy, but it cost us $85 for 2 adults and a 2 yr old. We got a special, large one topping pizza, breadsticks and 2 drinks...added one salad bar and one drink and bought the cheapest play card ( with a coupon). They no longer bring food to your table, but give you a buzzer to pick up at a window. There really are no activities ( like the ball pits and climbing things of the olden days)... just games. The Chuck E Cheese ride that used to print out a picture while you were on it, is now just a ride. They did have a jumping area that was locked and stated to ask attendant to open. I went and did that and was told it was $12 to use!!!
We will not be returning.

Great places for family or/and Friends day. Place is very clean and restrooms are clean too. All employees are great and polite with everyone. Delicious food and well cooked. Every time we go we all have a great day as a family. Buying the Monthly membership was a great decision.
