Took my son here. We signed up for the monthly plan for a year. He saw on commercials the trampolines and was very excited for them. We didn’t realize they are not included in entry. $12 for trampolines is expensive ($24 without the fun pass discount 🥴) for such a small jump area. Sea Base is down the road you can just go to for that price. The games are okay, it’s hard to win much points. The people working there were nice and it was clean. I didn’t try the food.

My first time tonight at a Chuck E. Cheese in years and years. My son and I got haircuts at Comrade’s and we made a night of it.
I’d read about this chain in the past and have to confess that my expectations were fairly low.
But here’s the deal: it’s super clean / well-managed, safe, the staff was helpful and the pizza was better than I thought it would be.
We had a great hour or so together and that’s all that really matters.

The cashier was clueless. I was trying to buy points and then have them split into to cards, which I already had. She just could not understand what I wanted. She huffed and puffed and was just no polite. To make things worse they stamped me or any of my kids on the way in and didn't check us in the way out. It's was about 2 on Saturday November 9. One of my favorite things about chucke e cheese is the added measure of security. For reference my kids are 2, 5, 8, 9, and 11.

It was recently redone so it’s clean and has a lot of newer games. We stopped here on a long road trip to let our kids get their wiggles out and they had a great time.

We waited an hour and never received a buzz from our buzzer that the overpriced pizza we ordered was done so I told the staff who informed me that my buzzer had a low battery and then they tried to serve me a pizza that has been sitting on the counter that I watched multiple hands pick up thinking it was theirs as well as it was now cold and old as it sat there. Had to demand a refund for the pizza because I refused to feed that to my kids. Customer care needs some work, I get it’s a kids place but would have been a lot easier to remake the pizza than to have to go to the register and refund me.
Really did a good makeover. Changed alot of machines changed the layout a bit and updated some things. There was a really good manager and personnel when I was there ! Outstanding job everyone ! ?

My kid loves this place. The workers are very nice, the pizza was pretty decent and the buffalo wings were delicious.
