There was a dead fly! In my drink!!!! I have seen this place there are flys everywhere…why aren’t the flys gone by now.

Service sucks ridiculously overpriced and large cones are smaller than medium..
Totally garbage trash save your money go to the cone zone in Latrobe way better and you get twice as much..

in the picture on the menu the strawberry sundae looked like it had strawberry puree on it but in reality it was just the liquid left over from smashed strawberries so that was slightly disappointing

I came into get lunch and a very nice gentelman took my order then i had gone back up to order and this younger boy took the other order , they had clamied they gave me evrything but they had lied and did not, i had came back and went through the the drive through and this girl told me to pull around to the parking lot i had sat there for 15-20 minutes and nothing was happening, so i had went inside and told them that i was there 15-30 minutes erlier and they had still guven my the wrong items that i needed i thi k they need to read the itrms and check off what they have made before handing it out to avoid these problems.

This staff needs a few lessons from the Latrobe location. I took my daughter here after swimming at Lynch Field. She got a cone and I got a blizzard. The staff was so slow and when I was handed my blizzard, the ice cream was spilling over the cup— it was basically ice cream soup at that point 😒

Employees at the window could be a little nicer. Alot of people stop after work. Last thing they need is a young kid giving attitude. And they need to smile more often

Came to this Derry Queen twice to give them a second chance. I ordered a blizzard twice but both times they didn't flip it in front of me like there supposed to but also they were half melted when I got them. The only reason I'm giving this a 2nd star is because the staff was friendly.

We love this DQ! Close to home. They always have the Dairy Free Dilly bars and we are greeted with a courteous smile.
