This place no longer exists.. they need to take it off Google maps.

hear me out. I love dairy queen. however, the place is never even open, and even when it is, there is usually only 1 person working, and they are working so slowly that I don’t even bother to get in line. normally I try to be more sympathetic as I work in the fast food industry (and have worked at DQ, even) however (most of) the employees here don’t even seem to be trying.

Always have great experiences here, this location is typically very friendly

Can we get this place removed from the mall? Countless times I've gone here at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and they're always closed. When they are open, they're out of everything. The best story was I ordered a burger and was asked by the woman "What would you like on it?" I said lettuce tomato onion and cheese works. I was told "Were out of lettuce tomato and onion." ....... Okay so why ask me what do I want?Literally a hotdog stand would be more resourceful than this dairy queen.

Maybe actually be open when your hours say you'll be?

Ice cream was great but, they employees were extremely rude. Bad attitude the entire time and she was rushing so messed up and we got cookie dough flew at us, they also started to close right as we were ordering. Like you couldn’t wait till we left, no have a nice day or anything after. Also sense she was rushing she didn’t mix our blizzard all the way, super messy.

Did you know Kids Meals do not come with a treat as advertised? I paid for a kids meal and told him when he handed me the bag with just fries and the 2 chicken tenders in it I'd like the cone in a cup and he told me that there's a coupon on the bag for the treat. I said it comes with he meal. He said they have the coupons for that now. WHAT DID I PAY FOR THEN?? So after arguing with the guy about it I decided I'd just make sure everyone knew to not waste their time or money. I'm hoping we can get that wastw of space taken out of the mall and put a giant mirror or something useful there. I called and spoke to someone at the contact me section of the Dairy Queen website. I'm mad they ripped me off and probably others. ALSO what place doesn't have a manager on site?

Went today a little before 4:30. A woman was in front of me and ordered, no problem. When I went up to order, the employee said, "We literally close in 3 minutes. The mall closes at 5, and every other place in here is closing right now."Why take the other woman's order then? There was no "I apologize but ___" or "Sorry, but ___." Also, discouraging me from going elsewhere in the food court was entirely out of line. I'll never go to this DQ again.

i work in the mall and they are never open. the mall hours are 11-8pm and they close at 5 when they open at 1pm

Went in on a Saturday afternoon (around 3pm). We ordered 2 blizzards and 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes tasted like curdled milk and the blizzard flavors available were oreo or reeses. I only ate about 1/3 of my blizzard because it also had a slight curdled milk flavor. I was too scared to finish it. Waste of time/money.

There is a mean girl named Alyy who works here. She was harassing me when I was trying to order my food, she was calling me names and telling me she wanted me to die. Then I came a different day to order food and she refused a paying customer. She had two rude female security guards come up to me telling me I’m not allowed to be there when I did nothing wrong. She was the one harassing me. The security guard were very mean and disrespectful.
