Amazing donut shop, hands down the best on east side of Pittsburgh (if not the best in the Pittsburgh area IMHO). My wife and I have been buying donuts and bread there for at least 10 years and its just as good if not better since the new owners took over. I recommend the pretzel donuts and the cinnamon rolls. I'm a union carpenter and I've taken these donuts to many jobs sites for the guys and they all rave about how good the donuts are. I cant wait for my 4 month old son gets old enough so we can have a donut together Sunday after church.

I drove 50 min because my co worker always brings these treats in for us, I did come before closing yesterday and spent 25$ on three witch hate donuts a brownie and some cinnamon sugar donuts , I was so excited oh and a candy corn brownie, I was so excited and bit into the items when I got home they were all hard as a rock ? Not happy

Run...don't walk. And GO HERE!! I grew up in NW PA. No chain donut shops for miles. We instead had this one mom & pop bakery that made everything in-house. They were amazing. Moved to Greensburg and recently found DONUT CHEF. This place is just like the store I grew up with--if not a bit better. Pure nostalgia. Everything is fresh and you can tell the goods are homemade. Dunkin and Krispy Kreme are garbage, compared to what this crew can dish out. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it. Donut Chef also has really good coffee, as I just found out. Not sure where they source their grounds but it's smooth and full-bodied. I dare not work here because I'd be fired in a day for gnashing on all the goods...
