This is the 3rd time I have stopped here and didn't get what I ask for. I ordered a peppermint mocha with almond milk. One would think hot unless specified Right. It was iced who wants iced coffee in the winter time? Not me anyway. And when someone orders almond Milk its because you cant have dairy. Why would you pile it hight with whipped cream and chocolate. There's only one girl there that knows what she's doing. This one was too much in a rush in a hurry. I didn't even give the dang thing back. Because it wasn't even worth me. Doing it, I threw it away. Can't give a storm on atmosphere. Because I didn't goi.I went through the drive through. But I'll give this place one more chance. Well, I did. And I will never go back

I'm tired of paying for what I didn't get, I ordered 3 vanilla cream, I only got 1 was still charged for 3 and it was just thrown in a bag, and was not fresh, that was a day old donut, they gave me 🤬

Went through drive-thru ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese. I even overly stressed NO CHEESE! We were assured there was no cheese because the sticker on the bag said no cheese. Guess what CHEESE, CHEESE, CHEESE. how hard is it to have no cheese! The cook needs to do his job when someone says no cheese. To assume your fellow associates were joking and you put it on anyways, is pathetic.

When it decides to rain like it did earlier don't even bother putting your window down at the box. Put a mobile order in! Unlike every other dunkin which has a roof over the order box to keep the customers dry this one does not. After all the remodeling you think they would have fixed this. Reminds me of how ghetto the old Subway was across the street before they tore the building down.
