Went through drive-thru ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with no cheese. I even overly stressed NO CHEESE! We were assured there was no cheese because the sticker on the bag said no cheese. Guess what CHEESE, CHEESE, CHEESE. how hard is it to have no cheese! The cook needs to do his job when someone says no cheese. To assume your fellow associates were joking and you put it on anyways, is pathetic.

When it decides to rain like it did earlier don't even bother putting your window down at the box. Put a mobile order in! Unlike every other dunkin which has a roof over the order box to keep the customers dry this one does not. After all the remodeling you think they would have fixed this. Reminds me of how ghetto the old Subway was across the street before they tore the building down.

Did drive thru. They were fast. Yet not busy. Nice ladies working there. My pumpkin Chai latte is yummy. The baker was a bit stingy on the jelly filling in my jelly doughnut. My only complaint ?

Every time I visit the employees are very rude. I got a matcha today and it was milk and vanilla syrup ..6$ for milk and syrup I’m very upset. I went in drive thru because I couldn’t go in expected it to be quick didn’t answer for a few minutes until I said excuse me hello and I wasn’t rude and the girl said I’ll be with you when I get there. There were no other lines and no one inside I waited about 7 minutes till she took my order then had an attitude when she scanned my rewards.
