I tried to go in for a coffee after work and was ran into an employee (my ex) Haylee Williams I had no clue she worked there, she assumed I was recording her which I wasn’t at all, there is cameras around you can pull up the camera footage, proceeding to scream at me telling me she was gonna call the police, file harassment charges, and punch me in the face, for a establishment I wouldn’t want to be represented by an employee like that

Donuts are just basic bread. So dense, so bland and dry. Krispy kreme makes the best donuts. Should be called dunkin breakfast sandwiches, because those are the only good thing they make.

I normally just go to this particular DD to get coffee. Coffee is always great. I got dozens donuts and they were very hard. Called and drove back and got replacements. The replacements were also hard. I have never had this many hard. It's either a bad day or old batch they are thawing. Should have just got my money back.

The manager on duty today was so RUDE!! I had a coffee order that appeared to have something in it that did not belong. It looked like mold and the manager treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about and that they were "too busy of a store" for their products to have mold. I am a regular dunkin customer and do not appreciate being treated like that. Things happen, including mold regardless of usage. It could have been delivered from the supplier that way. I'll gladly go elsewhere for my coffee and others should consider it also. RUDE!

Poor staffing. Only 3 people working on the busiest part of the day!? Women behind the counter kept flipping out over ‘the amount of orders’ the manager acted like the people inside the store were non-existent and that only the drive through mattered.
