Ordered an Italian sub with no dressing. I specifically order no dressing because I have a food allergy. Took my sub home, checked the bag, which said “no dressing.” Took a big bite out of the sub, immediate allergic reaction. Upon inspection, sub is drenched in Italian dressing. I get mistakes happen, but you could kill someone being so irresponsible.

This place was a bit of a letdown. Most notable, the guy working(pretty sure manager)was very rude and told me I couldn't use a coupon for the other person in my party. I explained that this too is a person and coupon said "one coupon per person." After realizing his mistake, he said real nastily "well you gotta.do 2 transactions." I did that. Used the second coupon. Sub was OK. Chili was TERRIBLE. The guy working was very unprofessional and unapologetic. Turns me off of this company. Jersey mikes is much better sandwich. Texas roadhouse and wendys have better chili.
