Always a good choice of subs to choose from and can make almost any combination you would like, I prefer this place over subway due too the fact of sauces and a better overall sandwich.

I ordered on the app and my food was ready when I got there! I appreciated the to go/ pick up section being right up front so I could grab my order and go. The food was absolutely nothing short of delicious. My first half of the sub didn’t even make the picture!

They treat their employees like slaves bossing them around, allowing fellow employees to tell you what to do. Tell you your not picking up fast enough but never allow you learn bc they won’t have you doing anything other than cleaning all the time! Unfair treatment & favoritism going on! Very unprofessional & unenjoyable atmosphere to be in!

The place was amazing! The food was fantastic! I got the Big Battalian Italian, and my wife got the Smoked Turkey a d Provolone. Both were amazing, and we got a side of pickle with a bag of chips. I will definitely go there again for food. The atmosphere was amazing they had memorabilia from fire stations around the area. Old air tanks, coats, and hats. My wife & I stopped in yesterday. Line seemed a little long, but we knew the service there is always quick.. So we waited... Simply asked the gentleman how his day was going... And he was caught off guard stating " Wow.. Nobody asked me that today, thank you very much " .... Just a reminder to always treat those with kindness and respect. It's the little things that make a big impact. Thank you sir at Firehouse subs. You are appreciated very much.

I love firehouse subs. But I had an order that was wrong. I called over they said just come back one day and we will replace it. I went in today. The First Gentleman was willing to help. But he had to get his manager approval. The manager came out with an attitude. Said we will do it this time. But it’s a courtesy. We don’t do things like this. This is the only time. He was talking to me in a very condescending tone. So I told him don’t worry about it. Clearly you don’t want to help. Waiting for the owner to call me. This is theft!Update: Owner called me. He apologized. Said he spoke with the manager. But I could tell he didn’t really care. He kept saying he understood why I was upset. But you can tell he didn’t want to talk to me. He did offer to replace my food. But I will never go into that location again. Food is good. Their mission is great. But customer service from the top down needs work. The exception is the minority owner seems like he really cares.
