Gino's Pizza Lynch Field

Customer service. Food quality. Received a pizza. One Big Sloppy Mess!!!! Paper thin in middle and not cooked through. was cut like crap. Called and complained. The girl said they would send another one but wanted the first one back. I said a piece or two was eaten. She questioned if it was not done, why was it eaten. I said they took a piece from the end. She said I would have to wait to get a pizza because they had a huge order to deliver first. I said ok. Well, I don't know how long it was but she called me and wanted pictures. She said she would call back as soon as she received the pictures and showed her boss.Never heard back. I called again. It rang about 5 times. I guess they saw my number and didn't want to talk to me. Some guy answered. knew all about it. Said his boss said it wasn't undercooked. it wouldnt be brown on top.(They probably put it under the broiler.They were in rush for their big order.) He made it himself. He's telling me how he made it. I told him the crust should be same height, not high on the outside and PAPER THIN in center and not baked enough. He said his boss would give me $5.00 back. He then told me I was ordering the wrong type of pizza. I told him I was ordering from the wrong place. Unbelievable!!!! Thanks for letting me vent. P.S. I put it in the oven. Amazing. the bottom is brown not raw.

Great 2 pizza deals to feed family for under 30 bucks. Best pizza around. Wonderful delivery person

Never again. Worst fries ever! They were burnt and even after one of the staff told the rest of them that they were burnt, they still put them in the bag. The mozzarella sticks had oil dripping out of them instead of cheese, (which was hardened on the outside of them), the meatball hoagie was literally a loaf of bread with tiny meatball halfs inside.The business smells like cigarettes.Extremely disappointing.

I have to say me and my hubby ordered cheese steak hoagie ..the worst cheese steak I ever had it was cheap steak barely any cheese..so for 31 dollars we will never eat or from Gina's

43 dollars for a medium pizza, 2 liter of coke and a chef salad . Prizes on line are all wrong and they will not correct them when told about it. No itemized bill. Over priced mediocre pizza. One lady that takes orders is terrible from start to finish.....

I ordered a pizza on Sat, Jan. 13. Went to pick it up, it was made incorrectly. However, a new one was made immediately and I received a discount for my troubles. Thank you!!

I can't rate the food because WE NEVER GOT IT!!My wife calls at 5:52 PM and places an order. Call at 7:30 to ask about the order. No answer. It's 8:00 (two hours before closing) and I drive down to get the order that was supposed to be delivered. Doors are locked and lights are out, but the money was charged to my debit card. In total disbelief!I'll be there at 6:00PM tomorrow.

So I ordered pizza and wings a few days ago, and let me tell you that the whole experience of Gino's Pizza at Lynch field was amazing! It started with the great service of the staff, whom I had great conversation with as I waited for my takeout order to finish up. But it didn't stop there. I love my wings super saucy. In my opinion, the best part of wings is the sauce. I asked them to make my wings wet, and they loaded that bad boy up with sauce. I was thrilled that for once, a place actually listened to that request. My wings were heavenly, and my pizza was phenomenal! I will go back here again and again. In fact, just talking about it makes me want to get more pizza and wings from there tonight! Thanks Gino's for being amazing!

Food was great, but I gave my card info on the phone for delivery and now there is a $40 charge a day later for a loaded gift card. I could tell the lady taking the order was just writing in down on a piece of paper and she told me how tired she was and was also telling people in the background she is just so tired not with it today. Seems pretty suspicious.. Also was told 30 mins delivery and took over an hour.

my orders are always made to perfection even spite my odd request. my wait time has not ever been very long, although i do pick up my order. the crew always has a smile and are family oriented business.

Just ordered 2 hoagies both were not great. Asked for no Italian dressing on steak hoagie and it was on it. Ordered french fries and they were ful of grease not evrn cooked. Worst experience. Called and they didn't seem to care. I wouldn't want something remade when it could be messed up again. Its just a bunch of kids in there. I could of soent 33 dollars somewhere else and it would of been better
