We came for restaurant week wanted to try a new place, this was obviously our first time at this establishment. My husband got a pizza the dough on the bottom was uncooked he couldn't eat it we took it home and placed in the oven to complete the cooking process. We got 3 appetizers they all tasted great. Our server only came back to table 2 times left my husband without a drink the whole dinner his cup was empty.

Recommend reservations. We are always greeted with a smile and seated on time. The servers quickly arrive at your table to take your orders. Orders are quickly delivered, the food and drinks are great and they are always checking back to make sure you are pleased.

We celebrated my birthday at Guy Fieri's American Kitchen. The staff was wonderful and our food and drinks were very good. I highly recommend dining here.

3:45 PM on a Wendsday. We drive for an hour to get to Live Casino, we are hungry. Hey, there is a Guy Fieri's right there in front of the casino. I want to see a menu. I walk over to the door but there is no menu. I tug on the door, it is open so I go in. I take about five steps in and a worker comes toward me from down the ailse telling me in a very forceful tone: "We are not open." I try to say that I just want to see a menu. But in a very loud threatning voice she says: "WE ARE NOT OPEN." I say: "The door is open." Then she starts at me like I am carrying a dead racoon, points at the door and demands that I leave! So rude. So unprofessional. I've owned restaurants for more than thirty years and never treated a customer in that manner. When my restaurants were not open, the door was locked. Needless to say I will never visit a GF place again. Here is a tip Guy, if the joint isn't open, lock the door. We ended up eating greasy, too thin pizza at the food court---It is still churning around in my stomach. Blech...

My wife and I were in town and stopped to try the Thursday Prime Rib special. I thought it was a decent deal @29.99 each. The hostess and waitress were very attentive.

Had the shrimp bruschetta which was very good and filling. My friend had the magherite pizza which was good but nothing exceptional. She wanted onion rings and they discontinued them. Place was warm and not adequatedly staffed but our waitress keep our water and beverages refilled and cleared plates and glasses as we finished with them. We were catching up and paid our tab and even after she asked if we wanted refills. Waitress was exceptional.

We had 4 people dining for the prime rib. The portion was fine but the meat was very tough and had a lot of fat. We were not pleased with our meal.

We had heard mixed reviews on this place since it opened and we avoided it, until last night (2/15/25) we decided to give it a try. What an absolute disappointment. First, we sat at the bar and was ignored for 15 mins until finally being asked what drinks we wanted and if we were eating. Once we got that I ordered a pizza and my husband ordered a medium Mac and Cheese Burger. My pizza came out and I was shocked. The crust was detached from the pizza. Just like a large ring around the uncorked middle dough. You couldn't even eat it, it fell apart and limp. My husband's burger was over cooked and flavorless. $80 later, we left upset and even stated, "How does Guy Fieri feel comfortable having his name on this kind of place." I'd be embarrassed. Save your money. Honestly, the casino should just close this place and put something else there. Or better yet, just go upstairs to the Sports and Social Restaurant where the food is actually good.

Called ahead of time knowing this place was in a casino to ask if it was kid friendly and was told yes. Made a reservation for 915 which was the earliest reservation. We are in town for an event and my son wanted to eat at this place specifically because of the show so we waited for this later reservation. Showed up on time and was told he was allowed in because it was after 9. Not once was that mentioned when I made the phone call earlier.

I’ve always been a fan of Diners, Drive Thru’s, and Dives so I couldn’t wait to eat here. Guess I set my expectations way too high. There was nothing great about the food. Nothing to set it apart from many other restaurants in the area. The food was okay at best. No ‘WOW’ factor.
I had the Meatloaf. Wasn’t enthused. Dry and overworked meat. No flavor. The gravy was like Lipton Onion Soup. Mashed potatoes were bland…. Carrots were excellent. Portion size was decent.
The Fish and Chips. Okay at best. It was served with Waffle Fries which were okay. Meh on the Cole Slaw. What made this meal really more disappointing was comparing the size of the Cod with the table next to us that ordered the same. That table got a deal with way larger Cod filets.
The Turkey Club was the best order at our table. It was huge. It was reported to me that it was on the dry side but good nonetheless.
Save your money. There are plenty of places in the area where you can find food just as good and better, and for way less money.
The service was okay. It wasn’t busy at the time we were there. The waitress could have been more attentive considering how slow they were at the time. There isn’t a lot of tables so make reservations.
