Good service, but very limited menu. Except for the trash can nachos, the food was not very good. Fish from the fish and chips plate was more batter than fish. Guy Fieri should try eating there to see for himself.

Guy Fieri’s has really come downhill. They took off tons of menu options and the prices for the burgers are absurd for how they are. They aren’t even that good and very basic. The waitress I was served by kept talking with her friends instead of checking on the table. We were the only ones inside too. The burgers upstairs at Social are actually better ?. Save yourself the time and just go upstairs to social for a way better food experience. What a disappointment guy fieri is.

First time at this restaurant. We all had a burger and the trio of fries. It was a decent burger, nice size and variety of topping options. Fries were interesting and crispy good. And service was good. Just can't give more than three stars. The menu was not very interesting nor was there much variety. I was also surprised to see the extra "facilities" fee. What the heck is that? I have to rent a booth now? Also not impressed with the overall look and feel of the place. I guess so expected more with his name on the restaurant.

I got the fish and chips. The fish was Extremely greasy. I Also got a Bloody Mary which was good except for the topping. For an example the carrot that I had a bad smell and was slimy. The bacon was terrible I wish I had taken a picture. The service was great, food not so much

We had the fish and fries with coleslaw and macaroni and cheese bacon burger. Everything was very good and came out hot and fresh. Large portions and terrific waitress. Will definitely be back.Fish was exceptional.

The reason for my stars is EVERY TIME... every single time I go there, they're out of something. Or they don't have what I want. It never fails. I was told this last time to come back a certain day when they got their truck in & they still didn't have it even though I made the trip & then had to park at the back of the parking lot & walk the whole way up there... only to find out they still didn't have it.The food is great.Sometimes the staff can be a not very engaging. They're not personable. Not rude, but just not friendly.We usually get the Trash Can Nachos... they're not always consistent. We get them a lot & plenty of times they just don't taste the same as last time. Sometimes they're better & sometimes they're not as good.The burgers are mind blowing. My husband & I both enjoyed them! I get mine without a bun as I'm diabetic & the server we had that day was very nice & understanding.When I asked her about the dessert she was also very nice, too, & explained it in detail to me. She was one of the nicer servers we've had.Wish they had the outside deck open when it's nice out. Prefer not to be crowded in that small spot.

Guy's in Live Casino Greensburg is an excellent place to grab a bite to eat after or before gambling. Our server Rachel was exceptional in her service. Food was hot and super tasty. The nachose are fabulous even though pricey.

Ordered a double burger. Served on a metal plate with a pice of paper below it. Three stale pieces of bread, two undersized burgers and lettuce and tomato. You can’t pick it up because the stale bread cracks. You can’t use a fork and knife because it shreds the paper. Cheesecake for dessert Came with Ruffles potato chips and pretzel sticks on top. Only 9.99 per slice. Really? I’m a burger fan and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Greasy McDonalds is far better.

This was our second time dining at Guy Fieri‘s. The second time was much better food wise but service was still pretty slow. The menu is somewhat limited. But all in all good experience. 
I had the Triple d"ecker sandwich and it wasn't good. Just too dry for me with the Italian bread. Didn't seem like it came with enough thousand Island. My Fiancé had the Motley Crue BBQ pork sandwich and it was delicious A++

Overall had a very good experience at dinner here which was part of our anniversary celebration. Our waitress Mac was great, she was friendly and quick with everything which we appreciate. The food was pretty good but not great, the fry trio was our favorite thing of night. We also had the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, bacon mac & cheese burger, & Cajun chicken Alfredo. Felt it was a bit overpriced but we went for the Guy Fieri vibe which you definitely get from this spot.

Over the expierence was decent. The restaurant is right in the door of the Live Casino at Westmoreland Mall. When it is cold outside and you sit at the front booth, it is cold, and the front door opens a lot.The pulled pork sandwich was nicely prepared. It has pulled pork, coleslaw, crispy onions, and donkey sauce. The side was 3 styles of french fries.The triple d sandwhich is a cold sandwhich. It had Cole slaw and 3 meats pastrami, turkey, and ham on thick white bread, with a side of fresh chips.Service was timely.
