J. Corks is a top dining choice in Greensburg, offering a varied menu with consistently delicious dishes, including standout crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms. The restaurant features a beautiful venue from the turn of the 19th century, with charming brick walls and a gorgeous interior. It has a large welcoming patio adorned with ivy walls, making it a great place for summer evenings. The food is all very good, especially the mushroom bruschetta, and serving sizes are very large, ensuring everything is worth the cost. While it is on the higher end of costs, it remains reasonable compared to other places. Friendly and attentive service enhances the experience, with live music available on the patio. J. Corks is known for its amazing happy hour, and the mocktails come highly recommended.
The restaurant is described as a "little gem" by customers, who praise the beautifully designed space with brick walls and lovely decor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the server, Janet, is particularly praised for her amazing recommendations and special drink-making skills. Customers recommend the spinach dip, pretzels, wings, filet, and crab cakes, as well as the lemon mascarpone cake and crème brûlée for dessert. Overall, J. Corks is a must-visit for those in the area and worth a longer drive.
