Stopped at JM with my son for a late lunch! My son’s first time!! The food was exceptional as usual, but this time was different with the service. I wanted to make sure Logan got the recognition he deserves. He was prompt and very kind with my son. Logan was an extremely affable guy, and clearly cares a lot about his work!! Looking forward to next time!!

Worst made sandwich I have ever had. If you offer a meatless option, it needs to be good. Mine was Over Mayo'd, mushy and not edible. Did not ask for a remake. If they can't get it right the first time not going to risk a second chance. Shame really like the concept but one experience and i can find another sandwich shop

Worst one I’ve been to in the Pittsburgh area. They had one person making sandwiches, 3 people standing there. It took us 23 minutes to get our food and there were only 2 people ahead of us. Multiple people behind us to the point people were just leaving.Then they started making the food, and they started mixing up all the orders not just between ourselves, but the online orders. So there’s people online getting wrong condiments.When we finally ate the food, the lettuce and tomatoes were brown.So yourself a favor and don’t go here. Only reason we stayed because the kids wanted it

Our subs were fine no issue there. We walked in at 8:15pm and they seemed noticeably irritated that we were there, they were cleaning all around us, the chairs, rugs, and taking out the trash when they didn’t close until 9pm. The worker actually hit a chair off of the back of mine. There was one specific worker that was just very rude when she was making our subs and was complaining loudly about the customers while there were people in the restaurant. She was saying “customers always right” in a very sarcastic tone. Us and the people behind us in line sat down and ate there, we were gone by 8:35pm, enough time that they could still close at 9pm. We’ve never had an issue here before it’s always been a good experience with friendly employees and a good atmosphere but that was not the case this time at all.

I walked in and the guy says I cant do Giant subs or whatever they call them. As I am staring at more than one full hoagie roll, he said I can only make a regular. Since I personally have never stepped foot in a Jersey Mikes, I asked what that was and he pointed to scrap bread on his work station. He turned me and 3 other guys away in less than a minute. So you would rather anger 4 people and tell them you dont want their buisiness considering you had the product, just to cut the full rolls into small rolls that nobody wants?

I have ordered at this specific location 4 times for take out before this review. Everything was great each time. The fifth time I ordered in February of 2024 was different. I ordered a Mike's Famous Philly and the meat tasted old. I was actually offended by the taste, like it was a screw up from earlier in the day, and they pawned off the old cooked meat on me. I ordered the full size for 16 plus dollars and they should have given me money to take a bite. Absolutely horrible. You know how old meat tastes? Like it has the flavor of something dead? Yeah, that's how it tasted. The Original Italian was good. Everything else about this place is good. I'm giving it a one star until they refund my 16 and some change.

The worst Jersey Mikes location I've EVER been to. I will literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Murrysville location instead of going here in the future. Staff sucks, they put vinegar soaked lettuce that is all over the counter back into the bin to use for new orders. I've tried multiple times going, thinking maybe it was just a bad day for them...but no. Every time they suck. Staff isn't there to please customers, snobby and bad at making sandwiches. Also bread was super hard and stale today. It should have been tossed and fresh made if it's old and stale. They are stingy with meat and cheese. I will never give this location another chance. I've already wasted too much money at this one to be disappointed and/or disgusted. The girl tonight was cleaning part of the counter, then wiped her hands all over her stomach with gloves on then proceeded to make more sandwiches. Gross. I would tell anybody who asked, do not waste your time or money here. Awful. Go to Murrysville instead. They run a good shop. Not theses jokers.

Love this location! The food is great and they take such care when making the subs.
