They were very backed up and challenged this morning! After waiting quite a while for our breakfast, my husband's bagel was burned! Someone actually thought it was ok to serve a burned bagel instead of doing the right thing! Disappointed!

3 stars because sometimes the experience at this mcdonald's is great, other times it has been bad. Morning staff are great and nice, in particular the man who works the first window of the drive thru. Pay him more! The 2nd drive thru staff in the evenings are often inconsiderate or offer overall poor customer service.
Food is generally good and when they do mess stuffup, they will fix it if you call in same day.
