Food was good that day, service from the waitress was lousy, The waitress was unfriendly, rude, and acted like we burdensome to her. Atmosphere was okay, there was garbage from the last customers that eat at the same table before us on the floor. Also, there needs to be better arrangements for those who are handicapped. Overall, I felt that the whole dining experience was average and not that great.

Me and my sister dined here today and there was multiple pieces of hair in food on both of our plates. We calmly called the waitress over and explained it her that their was hair all over a piece of chicken and that other food items had hair as well. So she took the nugget and went to find the manager and he comes back and says that he doesn’t see any hair. There was clearly a long hair on the nugget before the waitress took it. So instead I show the manager the other pieces of hair and he confirms that he sees them. Then when I go towards the entrance they expected me to pay full price and denied ever seeing any hair. Very rude and despicable to try and make me seem like a liar when I was peacefully trying to solve the situation. Needless to say I got very upset and will never be eating at this disgusting disgrace of an establishment!

The buffet never disappoints! The choices are varied and always delicious.
I haven't been to New City in a while... like 3-4 years, at least. Stopped for an early dinner / late lunch. It's a buffet. The food was good and there were a lot of choices... one of the things I always enjoyed about New City was the variety.
I really enjoyed my meal here and there is a little bit of something for everyone

It's time for them to put some money into cleaning the place up. The carpet is filthy, to the point that both the chair legs and your feet stick to the floor.Silverware is beyond old. Usually bent or with sharp edges where they don't belong.Just needs cleaned and kept clean on a regular basis
Food was good. I wish the fish options were not spread on every buffetDietary restrictions: I am allergic to shrimp. I do not recommend this buffet as they put shrimp on every buffet table. Cross contamination is very evident
Huge selection of food, great staff, hibachi chef was great. Will definitely be going back. They were extremely busy but we weren't rushed or felt forgotten.

This is place could use a little bit more variety. Everytime we go the food is consistent with little change it's hot and for the most part fresh (buffet style,) it is just a bit boring for repeat customers. I wish they'd clean up the snack table a bit. The tongs to grab the cakes get gross and cross contaminated. The drinks are also not free refill, you pay each time that helpful person goes to fill your glass for you, so beware and nurse what you have or be prepared to pay for refills.
