Food and vegetables are always very good. Very slow business though. If people continue not to support small businesses there will be nothing left. People take advantage of having restaurants available but when they go where u gonna eat at?

Ordered fried shrimp and it was dirty All 10 pieces. I feel that this is very unsanitary I took a picture of the dirty shrimp and posted on my Facebook.If they can't take time out to clean the shrimp you can only imagine what else is dirty and or not cleaned properly.

My family makes special trips there to get chicken terriayki. Today the lady was SOOOO rude. I've never really had a problem from her like we did today! Their ALWAYS pushy! That's nothing new. She gets sooo mad when you ask her for extra sauce on the chicken terriayki. She kept yelling at me saying there was extra sauce on there and I said ma'am there is not. Can you please put a little more on there, I will pay for it! My family went today for lunch and it was about 1130am and she charged us 9.99 for chicken terriayki, double meat and fried rice. So I pulled my calculator out and added it up from what was on the lunch sign that says 5.29 and 1.69 for extra meat. So I asked her what the difference was and she literally started talking to me in her language! I just walked away. I was sooo mad. I have been there more times than I can count and she is normally only stingy with the sauce but today was a whole new level of rude. I left there so mad.

Always have the best food! I don’t think they are pushy. They are only trying to up-sell like normal salespeople. Should not give them a hard time just because their native language is not English. I still think that their food is way better than Famous Wok and if you want fresh food that’s just made, order something from the menu. They have so much to choose from. Idk why people complain about steam table food if and how Famous Wok is so much better when Famous Wok only served steam table food. You want something fresh, order chicken teriyaki, it’s always good!

They have so many things to pick from. Much of it is all made fresh, like their sushi and chicken teriyaki. I love going there because if you want something quick, they do have a steam table with a couple of popular items to choose from or you can wait for something to be made on the grill. The lady there is actually really nice, she always hooks me up with extra food. Sometimes she is a bit hard to understand, I think it is correct to assume that English isn’t her first language. Can’t blame her for that though.

If you want this type of food just take a couple steps and go to Famous Wok. I should see Osaka shut down soon, it is a waste of space in the food court and the staff is the rudest people in the mall! Get out of our mall!

The two owners have no concern for the public's safety they just want to sell you their 8hr old steam table food. They also are extremely rude, then when you don't follow their direction of purchasing the "old" food and want something freshly cooked they don't want anything to do with you after that. Never ordering from here again I mean this lady would sell you dead rat

Lady was on the phone the whole time we were ordering. Ordered honey chicken with white rice and got general tso’s with fried rice. Ordered spicy salmon roll and got a California roll. “Lo mein” is obviously sphagetti noodles. Was extremely disappointed because this is usually my go to place.
