I don't order there often so I would have loved for the lady taking my order to explain better to me what I was doing. I didn't know what I ordered came with a drink so I ordered one. I also told her I didn't understand what came with the "pick 2" and she just kept saying pick 2 but then I was charged for 2 items on my receipt when I really just wanted 1/2 a sandwich and chips but didn't know how to get just that. Wouldn't come here again. I only came because I had gift cards but I would never spend my own money here....

I ordered a caprese sandwich. It was the most pathetic sandwich I have ever seen. Soup was ok. I paid $46 dollars for a pathetic meal!!!! Never again! Wish I had the option to post a picture of the sandwich I got because it looks like it could be a prank, that's how ridiculous it was.2 small pieces of tomato, a small slice of mozzarella cheese and a couple pieces of romaine lettuce on a huge bun!

Looking to have a wonderful soup from Panera bread however when we went to order they were out of baguettes which it was towards the end of the day that is understandable to a point. We had asked if we could have a different bread in place of the baguette since they were out. There were loaves of bread behind the counter and we did ask if we could have a slice of bread in place of the the baguette. We were informed by the cashier that the bread was for sandwiches. We were uncertain as to why we were unable to be accommodated for such a small ask. Really it came came down poor customer service which was lacking tremendously. There was no effort on the cashier's part to go above and beyond in any way, which led to extreme disappointment and loss of business.

Eating at a Panera is always consistent and delicious no matter what part of the country you're in. My little kids love it too, and it is comforting to them, which is an added bonus.
