I ordered a soup and salad for lunch. My soup was barely lukewarm and clearly in the temperature danger zone for bacterial growth, but I ate it because the staff was slammed with customers and it took forever to get our food. I also had a chicken Fuji salad that I ordered without pecans because of a health issue with nuts. The salad came out covered in pecans. I did take the salad back to get a new one, and the woman behind the counter slammed the new salad up and walked away. What really makes me done with Panera are the apples we got. Mine was so rotted at the top that there is a hole where the employee stuck their finger through it. Half of my daughters was bruised mush. Now think about this- if the food prep staff there cares so little about the food they serve you that they willingly serve you visibly rotted food, what do you think they’re putting on your plate that you can’t see? Expired food? Food that’s been dropped on the floor? Food held at unsafe temps? Lunch with coffees for 2 of us was over $50. For $50, I expect a whole lot better and safer food than this mess.

Staff is extremely rude. I ordered a large coffee from the app. I had to wait 10 minutes after I got there for them to clear my order and not give me a cup. I asked someone who worked there, met with attitude. Asked for a manager and she gave me attitude. Dont go here. Drive to North Huntington, those people are super nice amd accommodating

I have been to this location 2 times in 3 weeks and have not been able to purchase a dozen bagels. One time was in mid afternoon so I figured they were sold out and didn't want to have left overs, ok. Today I got there at 10 am they had 3 cinnamon, no everything, and few of the others.

The blonde girl in all black was SO rude. Too not only us but her employees. We believe she was a manager because not in uniform but I ordered two bagels and received both not cut after request, we went up to counter and asked for our bagels to be cut and she yelled at her employee to get new bagels, it was just the attitude that really set us off. she also was throwing aggressively people food into bags and silverware. Worst customer service.

I was confused on where to stand and where my food was coming from but once they called my name i figured it out ok. The place has a cafeteria vibe which is better than a fast food vibe and ok for a quick lunch between errands. The food was really good though!

A Panera Bread from yesteryear. Hot, hearty soup, sandwich with plenty of meat, and Great Americans work here.

To the employee at Panera that gave me this kind message on my bag and a free cookie, you’re absolutely amazing!

10/10. I hope something good happens for you today too! ❤️

I love their broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Also a great place to go and work if you need internet service.
