Eating at a Panera is always consistent and delicious no matter what part of the country you're in. My little kids love it too, and it is comforting to them, which is an added bonus.
Everything was great but the total on our bill. A bowl of broccoli soup, 1 med ice tea, a pick 2 Mac & cheese and a half chicken frontega sandwich and 1 med coffee was $29.95 with tax and no tip. This evening we went to Ginny's pizza in Export, PA and got a large pizza w/ pepperoni and mushrooms, 5 alcohol drinks and 1 kids scoop of ice cream. Brought home 5 leftover pieces of pizza and the bill totalled $57.00. Needless to say Panera needs to reduce its prices if it...
The place is just overpriced. A simple sandwich and a bowl of soup could cost you around $20 and honestly I don't think it's that good.They seem to have gotten rid of the bacon, turkey, bravo and the two sandwiches I've tried since have tasted closer to health food...
