Worst pizza I ever had. Not the employees fault, just simply garbage ingredients. Basically the cheese is this weird consistency that doesn't melt and tastes terrible. Was told it might have been frozen. Why would a pizza place need to freeze cheese?

This is an odd review but, worth the read. I had ordered from here via doordash. My order was picked up by a dasher but, later dropped. I then got assigned to a very kind dasher and when they got there they had informed them the order was already picked up. No One knew what to do at this point. We tried to figure it out via doordash and found out it was stolen by the dasher we had. The workers at this Papa Johns didnt hesitate to remake my food and send my dasher on their way. The food was hot and absolutely delicious when it arrived to me! The workers at this Papa Johns went above and beyond (as did my doordash driver) and therefore deserve the 5 star review i am now posting! Great job Papa Johns!

As far as picking up pizza this place is tops! Great hours and nice clean and new location. They've been open since December 2023 but that is new! Nice short waiting room so i walked in at 10am 'cause i know how food places work.

Orders are consistently wrong from here, I’ve now ordered from this location 3 times. Missing toppings that were an up charge, missing sauces that you paid for, have not cooked my pizza well done once out of the 3 times I’ve ordered. If I’m expected to be tipping 25-30% on delivery, I expect my order to be correct. Delivery drivers are always nice.

So final update for this Papa John's: now goes to a call center in India or whatever? they only have the epic stuffed crust available in large size still don't understand why that is. And they always push you for a tip. I'm a door dasher and I don't ever do that to people. Tipping culture is out of control. I'll tip if the service is good but not when every time I call they pressure me to do so. It's ashame because 15 years ago Papa John's was amazing but now not so much. Waited so long for Thier epic comeback. Fail oh and Thier wings are a joke here's two photos. First one being what they look like online, and the other being what they look like in reality ? And now I saw no gloves being worn as he touched everything from the toppings to surfaces of the counter. He even dropped the dough roller at one point on the floor and picked it right back up and still used it. Oh and those bottles you see beside him, that's where the cheese gets squirted out of onto the pizza. Mystery solved now as to why the pizza never tastes too good. And some of them step outside to have a smoke and then never wash Thier hands after. Nothing like a smoke pizza? seriously though this place needs shutdown before some one gets sick if they haven't already.

I was able to track my order which was on time if not early which was nice but nothing could change the fact that I paid 50 bucks for probably the most disgusting ? pizzas I've ever had Nasty ingredients Nasty pizza papa johns
Been to this location now twice and I can safely say that the hype is real in their commercials. Unlike other places that promise you one thing and then give you something else (or in the case of one, being the reason, my appendix blew up), Papa's Greensburg location pulls no punches, but they do pull some mean pizza out of that oven! I like the interesting takes on pizza, such as Alfredo sauce instead of standard pizza sauce, and the chose of Romano or 3-cheese blend only makes the product more exciting!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They Treat their employees like garbage. I'll just go to Pizza Hut for now on, their food and atmosphere is better anyway. Will never eat here again after I heard what goes on here. It's disgusting.

My order was time sensitive. the executed time and got my order with in the time I had. AND THE PIZZA LOOKS AMAZING. That crust line oooofff sooo good. To say Papa John's is average is an understatement. The manager Karra was fantastic and so was Darrell the driver. I definitely recommend.

Greasy as hell couldn’t even eat it and super thin an a large pizza with a 2liter 30 bucks yeah not worth it. Definitely not the same recipe like it use to be… don’t recommend..
