I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I know everyone’s experience is different but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Sat down at 12:01 and had my food on my table at 12:15. My waitress asked several times if she could do anything else. And she was friendly. My worries for the bad reviews went away quickly.

Burger was cold & the waitress seemed bothered by us asking for mayo and mustard. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Got my online order wrong twice. I had to drive back to pick up the right order and it was wrong too! Also forgot the sauce I asked for twice! No one’s checking and the manager did nothing about it. Pay way too much for a burger, not to mention my time and gas for the inconvenience. Not the way I wanted to start my weekend

Little disappointed in this experience, we’ve been a few other times at a different location, first time at the Greensburg location. It was busy, so went in knowing it was going to be a little slow. Ordered two tavern burgers with fries & waited about 30 minutes to receive the food. Food was lukewarm at best, not hot at all, fries were not done enough, no salt, and very small portions. Waitress was nice but didn’t check in on us to see if we needed anything again. Slow service, warm food, and atmosphere was loud and crowded. Not our best experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Red Robin. Not only did my entire party, including my godson L, end up getting sick after eating here, but the service was beyond atrocious. Our waitress was a complete nightmare—rude, condescending, and incapable of answering a simple question without acting like we were burdens. It’s hard to imagine a worse dining experience. One star is honestly too generous, but it’s the lowest I can give. Avoid this place unless you enjoy food poisoning and attitude.

The staff is nice but it's weird that my order that is always the same cost different each time I go. Different staff ring it different ways and some staff tell me that can't do it the way other people have done it.

I absolutely loved this place every other time I came here. Visited on 1/13/25. Sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes before the bartender showed up. Asked us if we were ready to order. We said we needed a drink menu. Handed us a menu and walked away for another 10+ minutes. Came back and took our order. About 10 mins our food showed up. Got our order and I didn't get my side. Has to wait again till she showed up again and she disappeared again for a length of time. Had to ask for something else and she was nowhere to be found. She showed back up and she was talking to other employees about being written up today instead of helping customers while we're sitting there waiting for drinks/napkins.
Asked for wet naps because I got the ribs and my friend got the wings.
Waited about 5+ minutes for her to show back up and gave me wet naps but not my friend. My gf sat there for about 15+ minutes with no drink. Went to eat the coleslaw that came with the ribs and it tasted off and old.
I told the bartender and she said "ok" then continued closing out our checks and disappeared. This was the most u professional visit we've ever had at this location. The restaurant wasn't even that busy for the bartender to be disappearing that much. Not a manager to be found in the bar area.

Manager was extremely rude. Asked if they had the football game on and she said “what football game” I said Penn state/notre dame. She said EWWW very rudely and put us at a table behind a wall where we couldn’t see it and said if u lean around this wall u can see it, threw the menus on the table and walked away. Then when I asked the waitress for another side of ENDLESS steamed broccoli, the line cook said loudly ANOTHER order of broccoli?!! SUPER COOL!!! All our food was cold. No manager visit at the table to see if everything was ok. Waitresses vacuuming tables beside us while we’re eating. We got there at 8:45 pm and they close at 10. There were 2 other tables in the whole restaurant besides us. They were more worried about getting out of there than our table who was spending $150. Absolutely horrible experience. Don’t go to this location. Nasty management and employees. Bright side of the visit was our waitress. She did a good job. Cooks and manager need replaced. Won’t be back

Terrible experience. Squeezed us between another table and a christmas tree. Almost whole place was empty, so why. Server was argumentative. Denied food request. Served burnt corn dogs to a baby.
