Had a enjoyable experience. Tried the 9.99 unlimited sides burger meal. Everything was good except the Yukon potato chips which were bland and over done.

Online order was wrong- simple burger slopped with mayo. Called and said they’d remake. I drove back to pick up and had to wait more and the burger was wrong again missing the egg. Pay way too much for this not to mention my time and gas. Manager did nothing to make this experience right. And nothing has changed in 6 months…ordered today 1/2/26, spent over $50 on 3 burgers and order was not right…

It’s a Red Robin. Food comes hot, fresh, and prepared correctly. Servers are pleasant, but some expect you to use the touch screen to re-order drinks, and don’t return to the table. This issue primarily exists in the bar area.

On a Saturday evening 45 mins before closing our server was much more interested in “closing” than good customer service. The manager was made aware & his response was “oh sorry about that” as he proceeded to shut the music and dismiss his staff TEN minutes to closing! Poor poor management & service. Corporate should be ashamed of this establishment.

I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I know everyone’s experience is different but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Sat down at 12:01 and had my food on my table at 12:15. My waitress asked several times if she could do anything else. And she was friendly. My worries for the bad reviews went away quickly.
