ROBOKYO Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi

The waitresses and chef were great. Management and/or the owners just need to hire more people or schedule more appropriately. We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation, then it took 15 minutes to get water, and it had been nearly 45 minutes until our chef was cooking.

Mind you, no one greeted us at the door, we had to hunt for them. These poor girls were running around in desperation. I'd keep this all in mind before giving the owners any of your money. Happy Birthday dad!

Have eaten here many times. Yesterday was gross. Got the triple combo like usual. The grill was turn up to high and was burning instead of cooking. My shrimp were burnt and I like my steak no pink it started to burn on outside still raw inside so I had chef take off grill figuring I'd cook it at home myself

The food is good and the chef was very friendly and fun.

Fun place for a family dinner. The chef we had was very talented and entertaining... Food was good and s good value too! We definitely will go back.

Waited approx. 20min in an almost empty restaurant at 1:30pm on a Saturday just to get a drink order in after being seated / told to seat ourselves. Workers were very loud and discussing work drama right next to us while we tried to dine. Food was average at best in preparation and quality. Cost was way too high for what it was. 3 basic roll and a small sea weed salad was over $70. Far better service, food quality, and value for the $$$ dollar at other local sushi and hibachi style restaurants. Will not be coming back thats for sure.

We absolutely love Robokyo !!!!! Went there Friday 01/24/25 for a birthday celebration. Although they were short staffed, we still had excellent service, delicious food, great drinks all thanks to the manager - Mark Kelly !!!!! This is the ONLY hibachi worth going to in the Pittsburgh/Greensburg area. Mark made our night !!! Thank you !!!! See you again soon !!!

Our family went last night and everything was fabulous from start to finish. You get a lot of food for the price so it isn’t as expensive as what people are saying. Our chef, Nathan, was funny, nice and really good. Food was delicious!!!! Look forward to returning.

We dined at Robokyo last evening and we had a wonderful experience. Nathan our chef was great. He kept us entertained while preparing a great meal. An enjoyable experience from start to finish.

A good Japanese restaurant. I go here for the drive-thru! ...oh yes, that's right... A drive-thru.
Unlike your burger and fry pickup windows, this place slings out on-demand hibachi boxes (rice+protein+veggies)
I usually wait 5-10 min before it comes out to the car.

When I sit in my car and wait, I roll down my window and can hear the *clang-cling-clang* of them cooking my hibachi delicacy.

Food wasn't the best quality and super salty. I also don't recommend the sauces. It didn't add anything to the meal. Overall, it was more expensive than the other one in the area with less quality ingredients. Go to the other Japanese steak house in the area. The service was fine, but we had to wait 15 mins before we even saw a person, let alone get seated.

Food was good not the best for the money way over priced for the quality and it also felt really depressing in their idk if they were going for romance but it did not feel that way plates and tables were not cleaned properly and bucket trays for dirty dishes were sat on the floor near the registers instead in the back with the dirty dishes the chef is very friendly 5 stars to the chef prices also don't match online or inside on the menu

Vegetable fried rice could have been cooked a little longer and more of it. I had shrimp. It was delicious and lots of them. Chris the Chef was top notch.
