I have been eating and just going to royal pizza since I was young, and I never had one problem or complaint until recently. We called and placed an order, and for some reason the guy was very rude, so I chalked it up to maybe he's having a bad day, called back another time and same guy had a bad attitude. Then I started asking others in the area about it and they said the same thing, the guy taking the order was disrespectful. I know Jr Maxon and he was never like that, and he always made sure his customers were taken care of, but who ever is answering the phone, needs to be nicer to the public, as we are the ones buying the food.

I use to eat here all the time, good specialty pizzas. They don't deliver to certain places in Greensburg due to "negative experiences". That's kinda life tho right Royals. Anyway they've lost the last 3 years of lots of business around me. Now an then I check to see if the old owners died. I recommend Bubbas and Baldys if your local for the pizza, Royals has beer til late tho

You go in the place the older lady that works there touches food with her bare hands the pizza she don't wear gloves . She isn't friendly at all . The place isn't clean. They don't have menu's at all I've asked several times for menu's I get the run around that thay haven't been in yet you can't see prices so you have to go by what they say on the prices. Then the older lady goes off. They don't talk nice at all to you . Very unprofessional. The food isn't good at all either . It's not worth the money for it . I'll never be back in the place ever again. Very unsanitary conditions place needs shut down to be honest I'm a no bones about it person I tell it like it is . And the treatment we got in there to awful and total lies. The place is full of lies.

Royal house is the perfect place for a late night craving. They have everything from pizza to fish hoagies, the portions are very fair for the price. They've never gotten an order wrong, and the staff is always friendly. If you want a 6-pack and a decent pizza, this is the place. It's a classic Pittsburgh eatery, and has never left us disappointed.
