Went on a Friday afternoon at 2pm. They had a sign saying they were short staffed and only the drive thru was open. This would have been fine except I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. I had placed an online order so my food sat there the entire time getting cold. Then I finally get my burger and the tomato on it was just about 2x thicker than the meat. I sat in line for 30 minutes for an extremely disappointing burger and an alright cherry limeade, handed to me by a very disgruntled employee. This location needs to do better.

First stop here and I sure hope this was just a bad bad day. To start things off they had a sign up that said they didn't have car hop service (just drive through) Went through the empty drive through line and ordered after a long delay. Then paid and waited for the food a long long time. The food was good enough. I had the double Smashburger and my wife had a cheeseburger. Not sure Ill stop back soon after a very underwhelming experience.

I ordered the number eight American combo hotdog with tater tots and a strawberry milkshake. I waited 10 minutes at the counter not in line, but at the actual counter. There was one other person in line behind me. So I finally got my food. My milkshake was great. My tater tots were OK kind of lukewarm but my hotdog was disgusting. It wasn’t even cooked. It was ice cold. Of course I’ve driven away at this point and didn’t want to drive back. Very disappointed and would not go back to them again. It was also snowing outside and I was looking forward to eating something warm, not ice cold. Coldhotdogs are gross.

Just go through the drive through. They give them priority and will have you sitting at the kiosk for 30 minutes waiting on your food

I purchased a smashed burger and some other items for my wife and I. The hot dog's buns felt old like they were sitting under a heating lamp for a while. However, the smashburger is the real reason I'm writing this post. It was dry and looked like it was just thrown into the box. To make matters worse after several bites I bit into something hard. When I looked to see what it was, I saw that it was a small pebble. I am so disappointed in this entire meal. I live an hour away and looked forward to stopping. To think I wasted a half a tank of gas and $25. This location just lost a customer!!!

PS.. I don't even want to think about how the pebble got there!!!

Will not be returning, I was given cold and hard fries, missing items and was left waiting for 20 minutes though the restaurant was not busy. The manager didn’t even let me keep the receipt with the refund I asked for because she “needed it for her records” . I spent too long of time on my lunch break waiting here just to leave with no food, and no receipt of refund. Terrible experience

I usually love their milkshakes. We went yesterday and our chocolate milkshakes were not thick and they were NOT MIXED. It's impossible that the person making them did not see this. The top was a mass of chocolate syrup and when you put your spoon in you came up with just vanilla ice cream. It was disappointing and there was only one other customer there.

I pulled into the drive thru at 8:45, after checking the hours online to see they close at 9. Only thing I wanted was a drink. ALL of the lights were on, including a sign in the window that says DRIVE THRU OPEN. I was immediately told they were closed despite every sign (LITERALLY) indicating otherwise. I asked what the hours actually were since Google said 9. I was ignored until I asked again and got a flippant response that they're short-staffed and sometimes they close early. If that's the truth, which I doubt given that it was 15 minutes to the actual close time, then the outer lights and SIGN indicating that it was open should have been turned off.

Tried sonic for the first time last night. Never again. The burger was STREAMING grease out of the wrapper before I even opened it. Fries were so cold and stale they were almost hard from sitting so long. And the oreo blast thing i order was a cup of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of oreos on top. The only thing that was "ok" was the mozzarella sticks. Good job microwaving them guys! ? the staff is some of the most miserable people I've ever seen. I come here often to deliver for ubereats. They never smile, speak in an unfriendly monotone, and are EXTREMELY unhelpful. Honestly, you'd be better off to waste your money at McDonald's. It tastes just about the same, is cheaper, fresher, and better made. Will never waste another penny at this dump

I think that Sonic has the best burger of any fast food chain. The drinks are great. I love the corndogs. Fantastic milkshake and dessert selection. But the burgers are why I come back again and again. I'd love to pinpoint what makes the burgers so darn good but I'll admit I eat them too fast to ever pinpoint what makes them special. They are just made fresh and put together perfectly.
