Rose was an amazing attentive bartender! Every time we come into Pbr she is immediately serving us drinks.

Ordered food and wings came out about 20. Then waited another 20 no nachos, Philly cheese steak, neither chicken sandwich. While we watched others order after us and eat. Terrible

Went here for the first time this evening and everything was a 10/10.
Natalie, our waitress was amazing. Very nice, courteous, on top of things, added suggestions, checked in (plenty of times, but not overbearing).
Nachos were the best I’ve ever had. Fresh jalapeños, amazing salsa, shredded chicken, pico, sour cream, shredded cheese, cup of cheese, black beans, and golden brown nachos. Huge portions and this could have been a meal.
My daughter got the bacon and chicken ranch tacos and I got a Buffalo chicken salad for our entrees. Both were excellent.
For desert we got the cookie dough milkshake. Came with an ice cream cookie sandwich on top. This was probably our least favorite item, but still very good.
They also have bowling, arcade games, and massive televisions.
The bathrooms are very nice, clean, and newly renovated.
Skip going to Guy’s restaurant next to the casino and walk up the steps to this place. You won’t be disappointed. Will certainly be back.

My fiancé and I usually love this spot...The food is always delicious, the vibe is awesome — especially when they’ve got the UFC fights on the big screen. The Crush Bar bartender and hostess were great. That’s why I was bummed last night when our visit didn’t quite live up to what we’re used to. Once we got a table, our server seemed she was maybe having an off night. We had to ask a few times for water, drinks took a long time to arrive, and our empty plates hung out on the table for 3 hours. One of our friends never even got the drink she ordered (despite asking twice), and at one point the server accidentally spilled water from her tray onto our other friend's lap. Accidents happen, but he barely got an apology. We ended up walking to Crush Bar to get drinks since we were tired of waiting and our table was close to there. When we went to pay our tab, our server asked our friend if he wanted change and he said yes. She never brought him his change back and maybe assumed all of it was her tip. Overall the service just felt off, which isn’t what we’re used to here. We usually have a certain server we like, so we'll probably just request her next time.
We’ll definitely give it another shot because we’ve always had great experiences before, but I hope the service gets back to the usual awesome standard. We love this place and want to keep coming back. I just wanted management to be aware this was going on.

Service as we sit here is absolutely horrible. Not only does our server keep forgetting what we asked for she dumped water on me, kind of said sorry. Has yet to clear the table, im glad we get to enjoy the smell of the remnants of food on plates that have been sitting here for 2 hours. My wife asked for a water 30 minutes ago. Our server will briskly walk by, glancing at our table but chooses to ignore us.

We stopped in just for a quick bite to eat while shopping expecting better food than the food court, but said we should have just stuck with the food court or went to Guy's restaurant. The menu is SO small and all over the place (gyro, tacos, too many spicy only options, and only 1 burger option?). I understand the need for having less waste, but it's ridiculously small for a sports bar in a casino. I had gotten the pierogies and it failed to even say on the menu they were fried with fried onions and caramelized onions, which doesn't make sense. It just says potato stuffed with caramelized onions on the description, which makes me question anything else on their menu. My boyfriend got the tacos and he said they were mediocre at best. The onion rings were the best part honestly. The place is nice, I just feel they could have better food and prices to match it.. their only pasta has shellfish in it and is spicy, their only seafood entrée is spicy.. then that leaves steak only for an entrée of which I'm certainly not paying that price for steak when I can go to an actual steak house for the same or cheaper. It just doesn't make sense, whoever created this menu didn't have the public in mind fully.

Pretty terrific sports bar upstairs at Live Casino. It was a nice change of pace for us from our usual go-to of Guy Fieris place downstairs. Service was fast and friendly with great menu suggestions, and the food was really really good and affordable to boot!
