Since starting school nearby at WCCC I’ve tried to travel around and familiarize myself with the area, including trying different restaurants. This is the second Starbucks I’ve visited around Greensburg and it looks quite new. It was a quiet Thursday and I wanted to take advantage of a 50% off deal. The baristas there are so wonderful....they know my name, my preferences, let me try new things and make suggestions when there is something new that they think that I'd like....Drinks are always well made....never a complaint at my Eastgate location!!!
I was getting a decaf iced coffee for my son with my mocha. I'm always paranoid because there was a time where it was definitely not decaf. IYKYK parents ? anyway I asked after the decaf status and because she couldn't confirm who'd made the drink she remade it completely just to make sure. Definitely went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service. That was awesome
