I ordered a coffee Frappuccino, and your employees messed it up not once but twice!! First, they gave my wife a hot coffee. Then she handed it back and said this should be a frozen Frappuccino. They handed my wife an iced coffee, not a Frappuccino!! Wish I could give a zero or negative star!!!

The tip jar means the most to these people. My Baresta taught me what happens when you don't use the tip jar. Guessing 15+an hour just isn't enough for making a cup of coffee. I believe starbucks might just need to revisit the tip policy. When did the tip jar make it to the cash register anyway? Apparently it determines whether or not you get good service or NOT. The tip is supposed to be for great service. Not everyone in the industry gets tips and some aren't allowed tips. This facility remembers and they watch and if you don't tip. You get a partial watery cold nasty tasting treat. Just why we come to starbucks to enjoy a favorite beverage ☹️.

Three times now, I have been given the wrong order here. I have no issues at Eastgate, Latrobe, or Mt. Pleasant locations but for some reason this location can NEVER seem to get it right.

This is my wife's favorite Starbie's! I can't remember the name of the drink she gets, but everything we go to a different one, she compares it to this location. You can clearly see the difference in the drink making.

Ordered 4 drinks and had to wait because they were busy and 2 girls left. all the employees did was openly complain and all the customers could hear. I specifically said 4 total drinks before I paid. They messed up my order so I had to get back in line to order again. A girl that wasn’t even waiting on me came over and was very unprofessional towards me while I was trying to order. I asked her to stop talking to me because she was being rude. I went back to ordering and she continued to make comments.I asked for the manager and she happened to be the one waiting on me the 2nd time. I had to ask her to please ask the other girl to stop making rude comments. If you can’t handle being busy don’t work at Starbucks and don’t mistreat customers.
