My order is NEVER correct. I am beyond frustrated! I spend over $5 on my drink and each time my drink goes in the garbage. I order a white hot chocolate and always say with no coffee and there is always coffee in it. Do better Starbucks!

Go to this Starbucks all the time , order a black coffee and ask specifically for ice . Every single time they tell me oh yea sure and they give me the coffee so hot it could literally scold you . I’m not sure if it’s just a lack of caring or what the issue is but it happens every time

Poor new guy. The guy is trying so hard and his coworkers are too stuck up to answer his questions. Very poor leadership. Honestly it's embarrassing to the manager how ignorant the rest of the staff was. Good luck new guy

I ordered a coffee Frappuccino, and your employees messed it up not once but twice!! First, they gave my wife a hot coffee. Then she handed it back and said this should be a frozen Frappuccino. They handed my wife an iced coffee, not a Frappuccino!! Wish I could give a zero or negative star!!!

The tip jar means the most to these people. My Baresta taught me what happens when you don't use the tip jar. Guessing 15+an hour just isn't enough for making a cup of coffee. I believe starbucks might just need to revisit the tip policy. When did the tip jar make it to the cash register anyway? Apparently it determines whether or not you get good service or NOT. The tip is supposed to be for great service. Not everyone in the industry gets tips and some aren't allowed tips. This facility remembers and they watch and if you don't tip. You get a partial watery cold nasty tasting treat. Just why we come to starbucks to enjoy a favorite beverage ☹️.

Three times now, I have been given the wrong order here. I have no issues at Eastgate, Latrobe, or Mt. Pleasant locations but for some reason this location can NEVER seem to get it right.
