The people who work at this store really care about their customers. I’ve been to many chain restaurants and bought 100s of subway sandwiches, the people who work at this one went above and beyond to help me solve an uber eats order and I couldn’t appreciate them more. I highly recommend going here and getting your sub these guys actually want to make you a perfect sandwich.

This subway NEVER gets the mobile orders right. I have dietary restrictions and cant eat ham and last time I mobile ordered a turkey sub they put ham and turkey? I took off the ham but then that took off all the cheese. Gave the wrong bread too. Can never get mobile orders right.

Usually when I go to this subway I get fresh vegetables on my sub. Today the lack of onions and lettuce was terrible. I have been going to this Subway for awhile now. After visiting today I'm afraid I will have to find a different location. When I worked at Subway we had to keep vegetables in the table full. Both lettuce containers were empty. Therefore I didn't even get a handful of lettuce on my sub. The onions were cut so thick never saw that before. Pickles were scarce and the tomatoes looked like they needed to have put fresh out. Sorry don't know if I'll bring my business back to that Subway.

I got a sub and they completely messed it up. It was soggy, didn’t have the right ingredients, and it just tasted terrible. When I called to talk to them they said that they will talk to a manager and call me back. They never called me back. So I wasted my money and wasn’t able to eat my food 😡😡😡😡😡😡. Terrible food and terrible service, I will never go there again!!

Had a doordash order get completely messed up, I used to work at this location and believe me it is not hard to read the slips that print and make the orders correct, I swear it got lazy with the service, had missing itams and wrong topping and sauce on our subs. When I worked there some of the workers would be in the back smoking pot rather then working, I quit when I worked 3 weeks not on the clock to help train new people, honestly I feel thre needs to be a complete over hall on the staff since it's as if reading a slip you can have with you the whole time is to hard to comprehend. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This Subway location is easily the worst I've ever experienced. I've tried ordering twice through the app, and both times my order was immediately canceled. The first time, I received a text saying my order was changed or canceled. When I called, I was told I needed to call back and speak to "Holly" for a refund, but I was eventually able to get my money back through my bank. I assumed the cancellation was due to the late hour and decided to give them another chance. The second app order was simply canceled with no explanation, so I gave up. My husband then ordered through DoorDash (unaware of my previous issues), and our sandwiches were a mess, plus our chips and drinks were missing. While I generally enjoy Subway, I strongly advise against ordering online from this particular location.

We waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes until they opened at 9 am, per the web, and the hours posted on the door only to be told we don't open until 11 am for the winter. I found a much nicer subway that opens earlier and at the time they advertise.

I prefer this location due to it's general proximity to my work and not to mention it is alot cleaner than it has been in the past. I don't complain the food is decent. So I usually don't pay attention to what is going on with the employees there. I did notice on my visit today there was 2 male employees working at the time. One sitting at one of the tables eating and the other was tending to making the sandwiches for the customers. The store started to get busy the man behind the counter impressed me he didn't seem to miss a beat with the orders. While the other coworker continued eating his sandwich and chatting up customers not really seeming to concerned about helping his coworker make the orders for the customers . Some customers seemed disgusted and one customer chose to walk out before the other male employee had finished eating . During this time another female came in an employee I'm guessing because the same male that was eating started to yell at her that she needed to clock in and she had told him that she was not allowed to clock in early for her shift. The initial interaction between the two was borderline unprofessional but I could tell though just from how the coworker talked that he had some sort of mental handicap or deficiency. So the possibility that he didn't understand that he's actions where not appropriate or professional could be understood but what happened next after the female employee clocked in was unexcusable both employees where arguing in the dining area in front of customers about calling someone named Tina to basically tattle tell on the other to what I'm guessing was there boss. I felt bad for the other male employee who was making the customers orders. While the other two where being unprofessional and not working. I'm just amazed he didn't lose his composure and walk out. I know I would've if I had to work with these two.

The "worker" was not to be found when we entered. A line of customers was forming and started calling to the back for a while before Jerrica the "worker" decided to grace us with her presence. She had the worst attitude of any fast food worker I have ever seen and I have seen some really unusual individuals charading as hospitality employees. They need to immediately dismiss her.
