September 01, 2020. I am extremely disappointed to drive here, from work, in the middle of my day, expecting Subway fresh bread..... my turkey bacon had no bacon, and the wheat bread was STALE. This place advertises "bread baked fresh daily" and all others nearby do that. I will not waste my time coming back to Eastgate Greensburg Subway again.....Unacceptable. Manager?? Step up, you are bringing down the Subway reputation.

I've been there twice and it's been the worst service ever both times. Last night my son and I stopped for a quick dinner and it took quite a while to get waited on. When the young lady finally came out we were treated like she didn't want us there the whole time. It felt so very awkward. When she was finally done making our sandwiches and we paid she THEN told us we couldn't eat it there that the dining room was closed. WTF?!?! I've never heard of that. Had fun eating a sloppy sub in my truck. Had I known that to begin with I wouldn't have even ordered there. I eat Subway almost daily but I will never be back to this location.

Worst service I have EVER received at a Subway. After they put the turkey and provolone on my sandwich, it was pretty obvious the corner of my cheese was green/blue. I know the employee saw it, I she looked down for a good 2 sec staring at my sandwich. I! THE CUSTOMER had to be the one to say, "Um my cheese is moldy" after not one but 2 employee saw it! Wow! Then, no "oh I'm so sorry" or "let me switch that out for you" she was silent. The least you could have done was apologize. Won't be returning to this Subway

Usually I can be a bit picky with my sandwiches, but this Subway accommodated all my weird quirks without any problems or extra charges that some random Subways will tack on! Staff was friendly, store was clean, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The employee who made my sandwiches even went out of her way to ensure I didn't forget a possible coupon and told me when the new sandwich special I was excited about was going to end (MUCH appreciated!). I liked this one :)

Best subway I've been to. They have the most efficient, professional and friendly duo of employees that make great subs and wraps. I've been to many subways over the years, and this location is the best because of these two employees. They deserve recognition.

Ugh. I like this subway way better than the one at the mall. But first of all, parking is scarce. Second, the lady that works lunch rush is not very polite. Shes not mean shes just....blah. no smile. When I say thank you she just walks away. Just not good customer service. I understand shes just trying to be fast, but it almost comes off as being rude. The only problem I've had with the food is, I got two identical subs made at the same time, and asked for them to be toasted. They were put in at the same time and came out not toasted what so ever. But it was still edible. Like I said, it's still better than the mall. Cleaner and faster.

Although a good sub and price, the lady waiting on my wife and was quite unpleasant. I don't think she likes her job. Shop was clean and inviting. Not sure if we will return. Lots of other Subways in area.

The lady with the blonde pixie cut, in the Greensburg subway by giant eagle was very very rude! Very disappointed in the service! I never do these things but I'm very upset! Hope she understands that she needs her attitude checked.. so sad!
