Delicious food with a variety of different options. As someone with Celiac disease (strictly gluten-free, must also avoid cross-contaminated food), I am able to eat here safely thanks to the clearly labeled menu and staff who are knowledgeable with allergy precautions. The space is nicely decorated and very clean. However, depending on what food you order, some portion sizes are relatively small for what you pay. Still, definitely worth visiting!

Very good food and friendly staff
The only reason I would not go back to this place is because of the value for your food. Should not leave a restaurant hungry. We were very disappointed in the portion size of Sun Dawg Cafe. let me start off by saying that the restaurant is very cute and very clean. I ordered the beet and blue salad which was $14 without any other proteins on them and my husband ordered. The Greek salad, which was also $14. When the salads came out, they were in very deep bowls. The portions were less than halfway filled up on the bowl. There was very little lettuce in there. Very little of anything in there. our bill was $28 for two very small salads. The salads look like a side salad that you would order with a dinner. We let our waitress know who was very nice. She immediately went back and spoke to the owner. The owner said she never got that complaint before. They changed the type of lettuce that they use so it might’ve looked smaller. We both walked out of there hungry. Will not be visiting that establishment again. We’ve eaten at many other restaurants in Greensburg and they have all been really good. The owner never came over to talk to us. Did not seem to care other than to explain the size of the lettuce to the waitress.

Me and a friend came here with our kids for the first time and walked in from a different entrance and they watched us walk in confused so we went to sit down. Finally after about 10 minutes someone came and told us we were supposed to be seated (there were no signs), but yet no one stopped us or guided us. Then when the waitress came after about what felt like 30 minutes (with toddlers) she didn’t great us nor ask us if we wanted anything to drink or eat. We just assumed after little while of awkward silence that okay we will just let you know what we want. Then the whole time the atmosphere was very negative and didn’t feel welcoming for toddlers. The stares and the lack of hospitality was very disappointing. Also we went to leave and a door was locked so it was a very chaotic experience.

5 Stars – Fresh, Flavorful, and a Great Vibe
This was our first visit to Sun Dawg Café, and it definitely won’t be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the welcoming atmosphere to the friendly service and, most importantly, the delicious food.
The menu leans toward healthier cuisine, so it’s not your typical burgers and fries joint. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of food and experience.
If you’re looking for a spot that serves great tasting, health conscious meals without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this local gem.

Amazing experience! Server was so friendly and patient, especially with my older parents. Best iced chai latte, and portions kept us full all day. Truly a great experience. Highest recommendations.

$17 for a lunch bowl of quinoa and chicken, then $3.50 for a side of bacon and you only get two thin slices. Sorry, $35 for me and my son for lunch. I won’t be coming here again.

What a wonderful surprise for a new option on our way for weekends in Ligonier. Had a delicious Mexican style breakfast which is heavy on the menu and decor. Something we love being we are a part Mexican family. Seriously, where can you find plantains as a side?! So happy.😊 Will have to return for the delish cocktails. Just over all wonderful, including the well thought out decor!
I needed a quick bite before jury duty, since this place was right across from the courthouse. It opened up at 8 AM so I came in as soon as I saw the open light on. I vaguely felt I remembered this place as a young girl, grabbing a hot dog in a small lowdown restaurant(the kind with the descending stairs, hidden away). If it’s the same restaurant, they relished in success & the thought alone made me happy!
The were wonderful, fast, & kind. I entered at 8AM, got everything, and finished my food by 8:15AM. I had a glass of milk & water. Tortilla chips with pico & guac. Weird choice but absolutely no issues. It was tasty and fresh. Clean, cute, and relaxing. That is what I’m talking about!
It's such a cute place! Staff is friendly, Gracie is such a sweetheart! The food was really good. This was my first time visiting and I can't wait to go back to try more of the menu.
Very good coffee, and I really enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros Frittata. It was a bit loud, but there wasn't much they can really do about that.
