I've been aware of this since childhood, but I only had ice cream. After seeing recommendations for their hamburgers on social media, my wife and I stopped and got some with a side of onion rings. It's definitely the best we've had in the area.
10/21/2025 update We've been back a few times and continue to be impressed. Who would have thought a 75 year old ice cream stand would have the best burgers in the western part of the state?

This is a very nice local ice cream shop. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Our ice cream was very smooth and creamy. The staff were friendly and patient.

I drive past here everyday on my way to work and eventually stopped for ice cream. It was great!! My wife, daughter and I finally stopped by for food and ice cream and I was blown away. The burgers, fries, and onion rings were great! The gluten free bun for my wife was a great option as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I’ve been here a couple times for ice cream and it was really good but I just got a burger for the first time here and it was the bomb. An absolutely perfect bacon cheeseburger. 10/10 no notes

I was fortunate to stop at Tastyland during a quieter time, because I’ve heard it’s usually bustling with long lines. The place itself is spotless and has a refreshed yet nostalgic classic feel. The menu is extensive, but for this visit I kept it simple with a small soft-serve chocolate cone, and even the small was impressively large! Their ice cream is the real deal, made from actual ice cream and not iced milk, you can truly taste the difference.
The location is set in the countryside, offering plenty of outdoor seating with pretty views of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall cleanliness and freshness of the establishment really stood out. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last, I’m looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommended!
