It was a very busy evening when we arrived. It was not at all encouraging to observe the adolescent-like unserious behavior among staff at the front desk checking people in.
Thus, I should not have been surprised about what happened next.
We told the greeter that we had a party of 10. She commented that such a party will have an up to 40 minute wait for a table. I gave my telephone number and proceeded to wait outside with the rest of my party.
After 40 minutes, upon approaching the front desk, we were told that a table had been reserved for a party of 2, not 10.. We were outdone, especially after waiting for 40 minutes. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a table.
My suggestion is that the establishment should have more serious minded people working the front desk whenever they expect it to be a very busy day.

Just ate and had a server alex great guy taking our food order and this lady had enough room to get around him and was rude and told him to move she needs through even though she could. I give him props for dealing with people like her while he’s just trying to take others orders

It is always crowded that really is the only downside other than not getting enough bread for the table
pick up needs to do better. there’s no reason why i’m missing items when there’s nobody else in the parking lot picking their food up lolol. giving yall time to get the order ready is just silly, to not have everything together

Just ordered off my girlfriends phone, shorted us a side of fries and 2 bbq sauce.. second local restaurant to short us under her name but not mine.. this week. who wants ribs and critters w/o bbq. They lost our patronage for sure, greensburg service is going downhill

Very disappointed! Was there last night for a send off dinner celebrating my granddaughters going to college dinner, my food arrived cold. Steak fries were cold and the 1:2 rack of ribs were drowned in a sauce , also cold, smothered any taste of the ribs. My son had the 16 oz prime rib which consisted of 8 oz of fat and grizzle. Would not recommend!

My parents and I dinned on 4/20/25, and the experience was excellent!! The food was great as always, but what made the experience even better, was the service provided by Jenna! She was fun, friendly, attentive, quick, and on point with greetings, taking our order, and checking on us. I work in Food and Beverage management and it's always great to see excellent food, paired with excellent service! Huge props to Jenna! We'll be back!

I took my mother and daughter out last night to celebrate Mom's birthday. Kelsey our Server was Excellent! By far the Best Waitress I've come across in a very long time! She came to the table at the right times, took our plates when the table had gotten cramped, brought refills without needing to ask, and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable!! She had arranged for the staff to sing Happy Birthday to my mother. It was very thoughtful and completely made my Mom's whole day!! She got a little bit emotional during the song because she did not expect it! A very rememberable family moment!!
The food was amazing as always! We ordered the Cactus Blossom for starters. Mom had the 14in. Ribeye w/ Marshmallow loaded Sweet potatoes. Daughter had the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ fries and I had the BBQ Grilled Chicken w/ loaded baked potatoes and seasoned rice.
