Rewards member using the TGI Fridays app on my phone. Like the Happy Hour "$2 beer, all day, every day". Sat at a high table bare area. Server said this location doesn't follow the app anymore? Even with the app advertising the Happy Hour "$2 beer, all day, every day" feature?Planned to order mini burger glazed sliders, not on the menu anymore? New menu, no Sliders?No option offered by server to use any Rewards points to redeem Rewards items?Didn't turn out as expected. Food was mediocre for the price.. But the service we received from John was amazing! He was the sweetest and most attendant ever! Even my 7 year old requested we leave him a 5 star review! He reminded me of my fave YouTuber Peter Monn. We will for sure be back to see you John! ?

Food was Not so good. We wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse but it was packed and for good reason. Disappointed with Fridays :(. Steak ? was awful. Poor waitress was so busy ..:( ribs were excellent.. fell off bone. I wanted to like it but I did not. Won’t

Never seated sat 25 mins and the woman tells me she Forgot she had a wait list... worst TGIF ever.!!!! Told us a 10min wait... and left us sit outside to boot.... I'd fire half em all and start over... manager didn't help seat or do anything to help... such a joke... 3 other groups had the same issue .
We stood in line 15mins then waited in the car for 30 more.... nobody ever contacted us or anything.... Worst experience ever at a TGI.... I wouldn't stand for such poor service if I owned this place... they really need to start letting people go...

my waitress was barely around and there wasn’t much on the menu. my shrimp was undercooked and our alfredo didn’t have much sauce. the raspberry tea had real raspberry’s and my strawberry lemonade was a slushy. definitely not what we had expected.

We have been to this location many times over the years. We always get great services and the food is consistently good. Before I started this review, I saw that this location has 4.1 stars with 1255 reviews. That makes it even weirder that it's not as busy at it should be. People, come eat here! It's definitely worth it. Try the whiskey glazed dishes--those are my favorite. My wife eats a variety of things there and enjoys it.I do miss the Tennessee Whiskey Cake, and I wish that would come back, but still, I will keep coming here and I hope more people do.

Food was bad, sent 2 dishes back tried one bite was gross didn't order anything else. waitress was nice put took long time to come back to table. Was cold had to wear coats to eat. Not alot of of dishes on menu. For the price was not impressed!
