The Burger Experience

Usually get and love the smokehouse Mac with pulled pork, however tonight instead of the usual cavatappi pasta with real cheeses I was given what was like a shittier version of stouffers Mac with the meat on top. Won’t be getting that again especially for $22, the guy who took my order was really nice though

Went to Smokey Bones for the first time in years bc I saw they had a BOGO. My husband & I are wing connoisseurs, so we had to go. Server was very sweet. I wish we had cash but I forgot to bring some, but she got tipped well. She was very understanding. 10/10 We had the smoked wings years ago & loved them so we thought we'll give SB another try. We started out with the fried pickles & mini mag nachos. The pickles were fire 8.5/10, but the nachos were out of this world. I would go just to get nachos. 10/10 I also got the berry sangria that was on special for $3 between 4-6pm... it was so good. I could go there just for nachos & sangrias. lol 10/10 Then I got the garden salad. I was surprised it was all a spring mix with no iceburg, but I wasnt mad about it. It was very good & their ranch has good flavor. Some of these ranches out here tasting like nothing. Loved the big tomatoes & cucumbers in it. The one thing is the croutons were grainy like cornbread. Not my favorite croutons, but still very good. 8/10 Then we got the wings. We knew we liked the smoked so we wanted to try the traditional. Ordered 24 wings (Got the 12 BOGO.) My husband & I love Sweet & Hot. We asked to try the Teriyaki & Mango Habanero & our server was nice enough to oblige. We decided on the Mango Habanero. When they came they weren't hot, which is always sad. Not only that, I like flats & my husband likes drums. Imagine my disappointment when out of 24 wings there were 3 flats. THREE! I am of the mindset that you should always split evenly if not requested. But, anyways... the wings were terrible. Not hot, dry, chewy, hard to eat. My husband & I agreed. We really tried. I spit a lot of mine out. We spoke to the manager & he was very nice & accommodating. He did refund the wings. 3/10 for the wings, 10/10 for the Customer Service. Before we left I knew I had to force the Roasted Banana Pudding on my husband. He loves banana pudding but never orders desserts for himself so I had to do it for him. Man, was he in love. He went to town on that thing like it was going out of style. His exact words were, "this is so good it totally saved the night, total redemption". lol Seeing my husband happy... 11/10.

First time there, had an awesome waitress, Lexie..food was excellent and by the end of the night, learned all the servers were very kind and very social as well. Highly recommended!!

I wanted well done instead of very rare, especially frozen patties, not real ground meat they're using.They should be out of business on the Bad Burger Experience.Plaese don't here they trying to killed u with bad

I'm writing this so management knows what's going on in their restaurant. After being seated for ten minutes and seeing another family seated and waited on, I went to the front and asked for our server. Promptly "ML" came and took our order. We ordered a full rack of ribs platter and the pulled pork platter. Both were delicious, but there was less pulled pork than in prior visits. "ML" had family/friends seated nearby, and she spent a lot of time with them, even sitting with them. We had to ask for bags to put our take-home containers in; a good server would bring them without being told. Their food has always been top-notch; the servers, not good.

I usually don’t post reviews of restaurants, regardless of my dining experience. But the service from an attentive, conscientious, caring server named Tirza was superior, so I felt compelled to post some praise. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, engaging personality, and concern for her diners having an enjoyable meal sets her apart from many servers we’ve encountered in the past and I wish more employees approached their jobs the way she does!

let's mention first we were there Saturday before mother's Day and our waitress was was 90% attentive , nice however had a party of eight and we ordered chicken wings that were over fried, mac and cheese that was not creamy not even warm flavorless bland like it sat around waiting , a ribeye steak not cooked to specifications of medium rare, and something as simple as a grilled cheese the kids love it regardless was not even hot or melted so I do not know unfortunately whoever the cook was in our experience needs more attention to details. Burgers were great, needs seasoning though. unfortunately I don't know if we'll ever be back our bill was hefty the food was less than desirable

They didn't put the one order of fries in the bag for door dash. Call back to get a refund and they rudely say to call door dash. Five guys is way better. Save your money with this place and go somewhere else. I wish I would have. AWFUL!!

Fantastic food, it was hot and arrived in a timely manner! The staff was super friendly and makes you feel right at home!

Their brown sugar ribs and smoked wings are amazing. Ask for the garlic mayo for the fries! Also best friend pickles I've had anywhere.

Very good bbq, certainly the best you will ever find in a chain resteraunt, this location is very easy to access the outside was nice and clean, the inside was mostly clean as well. I really enjoyed my food as did everyone else in my party, which included a picky toddler so that's always good. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly and overall it was a great experience and I'm sure I'll make return visits
