I’ve yet to have bad service here. The food has been consistently good and the espresso martinis hit the spot

One of the most fantastic bars in Greensburg! The menu is really unique and has a ton of options, it was so hard to choose because everything sounded delicious. We ended up having the lo mein bowls which were out of this world, and some of their seasonal cocktails: a pomegranate spritz and something called the Spruce Goose that was made with gin! Everything tasted absolutely phenomenal and the service was great. They were busy with a big party but the service was super prompt and friendly. They have a downstairs space as well as upstairs seating which was nice too, and plenty of parking available next to the building. As someone who can not parallel park to save her life, it was a relief to have the lot there since a lot of businesses in Greensburg don't! This place will definitely become a staple in my girls night rotation, it was an incredible experience!
Came for the beer selection. I Found a new beer Mother Nature brewery orange creamscicle. I also had the butternut squash goat cheese dip with pretzels and cucumbers. The bartender was attentive.

Excellent food, large selection of beverages, patio space is charming and comfortable.
We had the pork chop, the pan-seared shrimp, the grilled veggies and the truffle cauliflower. All prepared with care, perfectly seasoned and delicious.
The bread pudding was stellar, an s-tier dish as a capper. It was hard to choose from other amazing-sounding desserts; we should return for those.
Headkeeper still has the magic!

as a server myself, i feel terrible for the ones unfortunately employed by the headkeeper. they were extremely polite and attentive while the kitchen continually messed things up. party of 2 people, one gets their soup and entree about 10-15 minutes after ordering, the other is left to sit and watch them eat. after the first person finished their soup and entree, the other person waited 30 additional minutes after the first person received their entree (they ordered the most expensive thing on the menu as their entree and an additional appetizer). the entree came out first, a filet ordered medium rare with no additional bacon compound butter, that presented itself as a dry, grey well done hockey puck. then after sending that back and waiting an additional 10 minutes we finally received our appetizer (aren’t these supposed to come out before the entrees??) which was dry and cold. after the filet came out a second time (which was ordered medium rare with no bacon butter on it due to DIETARY RESTRICTIONS). the filet came out saturated in bacon butter and honestly extremely subpar. it didn’t even taste like beef, the whole thing was covered in bacon grease it was disgusting. this kitchen staff is horrendous, the servers i feel bad for.

Review for the Headkeeper @ Tapus Bar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Standing ovation! I came. I saw. I devoured. The Lamb Porterhouse Duo—oh sweet heavenly carnivore joy—I couldn’t help myself, and frankly, I don’t regret a single bite. That lamb didn’t just whisper flavor—it sang a full opera of juicy excellence. But here’s where it got wild: the slawed cucumber side and that complimentary cucumber sauce? 😂🥒 Straight up hijacked my attention like a taste bud ninja. Finely sliced tomatoes, herbs, spices—this plate had more garnishes than a red carpet event, and every one of them was a flavor bomb. And let’s talk staff. The lovely soul who walked me to the cooler to pick out one of the many non-alcoholic beers? Top. Notch. 👏 Sweet, informative, and had the charm level of a rom-com lead. The cook—scratch that, the chef (yup, with an “ef”)—greeted me like I was part of the family. Friendly, clearly seasoned, and the kind of kitchen commander who knows how to orchestrate a food symphony. Between the flavors and the hospitality, this spot hit me like a surprise plot twist in a feel-good movie. I walked in curious and walked out converted. Future me will 100% be back, probably dragging a few friends like, “You have to taste this!” 😂 Tapus Bar? You’ve got a fan. Keep feeding hearts and bellies—I’ll be back!
Headkeeper is one of our favorite restaurants. The tapas style eating and craft beer selection are unique and provide many options. The staff are phenomenal and kind. I highly recommend!
