This was our first time at The Venue in Greensburg - it was excellent! We had an outstanding server - JR; the atmosphere was enjoyable; we never felt rushed; and the food was amazingly good. We highly recommend the Apple Harvest Salad, the 10 oz Filet and the Chocolate Mouse Cake - you will not be disappointed.

The Venue is out of business and advertise this with a piece of paper on a locked front door. It would've been nice if they had notified open table! As a matter fact, my dinner reservation for Thursday was confirmed via text message the day before. Fortunately, other establishments in the area were able to accommodate us..

My wife and I went here for our 13th anniversary. Service was good. My wife’s crab cakes were great. I had the surf and turf. My steak was horrible and the lobster was so small I ate it in 4 bites. I actually had them take bake the steak that looked like a hamburger. Do not recommend especially for the price.

We had a very nice dinner at The Venue before attending an event at St. Vincent College. Our server, Aimee was great. She was very professional and friendly. Our meals were delicious--Caesar salad, Crab cake and the Scallops with Mushroom Risotto. We enjoyed after dinner drinks and had fun talking to some other customers.

It's large. The food was good, not great. The meal and drinks were pricy. The food took a long time (~45 minutes) during which time the waiter was generally unattentive. In fairness, they did comp our first round of drinks, but did so when delivering the check.

We scheduled about a week before our visit. Received the secondary email from OpenTable to confirm our visit. Drove to the restaurant for our 5pm reservation to find a sign on the door. Kitchen issues we are closed. No advanced notice. We will not be back.
