We went to The Venue for a birthday dinner on 3/27/2024. Raspberry Fields Forever martini was excellent - a refreshing cocktail. Beef Wellington was a great starter, filet was tender, which is sometimes difficult to achieve in BW. My girlfriend ordered crab cakes which were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and larger than we expected, too. I chose the special - crab stuffed shrimp with angel hair pasta. Very tasty, and more than I could finish. Ordered chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake for dessert. I always order cheesecake whenever I go out to eat. This was very unique, and more importantly, one of the 2 best cheesecakes I've ever had. The pacing of all courses was well-timed.To echo what others have said, the surroundings were super cool, sort of an old Hollywood vibe. Comfortable seats and ample space on the table.Lastly, Brittany was an incredible server. Friendly, super-attentive, and genuinely kind. Couldn't ask for anyone better.

My wife and I stopped here on a whim. We were not from the area and the reviews and photos of the food looked great. 100% did not disappoint. The decor, the atmosphere, service, food quality so on and so on were impeccable. If you are in the area and have not been here do yourself a favor and stop in and have

This was our first time there, a special night out for my birthday. From the minute we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be a great time. The place is absolute beautiful. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners before we even sat down; a very nice gentleman. We were seated at the perfect table. Our server, Aimee, was phenomenal! The food was amazing, from start to finish. We had scallops and crab cakes and they were both cooked to perfection. We had bread pudding for dessert and it was second to none. Drinks with dinner were perfect. I cannot say enough good things about The Venue! Great experience!! Looking forward to going back soon!!

4 of us went to dinner at Venue on Pennsylvania Ave in Greensburg, 3 of us had medium rare filet steaks, well all thought they were the best we ever had. The 4th person had scallops, he said the biggest he ever had and the best tasting.

Good cocktail, had to ask the waitress for a beer glass, shrimp cocktail was good, flirt mignon was tough, both steaks a bit overcooked (medium came medium well; medium well came well done) but we didn't want to wait for new steaks. Waitress seemed in a hurry to clear our plates, which made us feel rushed.

we went there for the first time and we were amazed because everything was so darn good! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted very warmly, and had some great drinks at the bar! then we moved over to the dining room and had a really good dinner that everybody at our table loved! I had the Alaskan king crab and it was something really special! we really loved the truffle french fries! it was a great dinner and we will be back again very soon!

Yet another exceptional dining experience. The food was awesome, and the service was prompt and professional. The atmosphere has always been beyond par. The cost is a little steep but well worth it. Must visit at least once and see how they treat you like you are the only customer that matters.

When: Valentine's Day 2024 Cost: $100/person (+ gratuity) Pros: Seated immediately after giving name of reservation The starters/appetizers were generous The Chilean sea bass was very good. The lobster was cooked well. Tender and not rubbery. Cons: Seated within reaching distance (about 2 feet) of next table Server wasn't informed she had a table, so we were ignored for 15 minutes Server was slow between visits Butter for lobster served on a shallow rim tea light butter warmer the server spilled when placing on the table. Steak was ordered medium, what was served was not even rare. Completely raw outside of a nice crust. Complementary champagne tasted like a $10 bottle of cheap, american, sparkling wine. The bottle looked like it was Cook's. Creme brulee was caramelized and refrigerated ahead of time. When the host asked how our evening went, his responses to my complaints were to turn them around as if they were my mistake or misunderstanding. Completely dismissive and flippant. Not their fault we were never seen after being seated, we should have spoke up. Not their fault for the tightness of the tables, they had to add more for seats. Not their fault the steak was served undercooked. The host did offer a "what would you like me to do", which came off as very disrespectful. I simply told him I would like to pay my check and leave. Paid full price and still tipped 20% because the server has to live, too. Point is... don't charge premier prices and then and not deliver a premium experience.

Made a reservation for a specific table some 2 weeks in advance, a confirmation of which I received on my phone. However, when we showed up, our table was occupied by other people. With a lot of attitude, thus demonstrating both rudeness and unprofessionalism in addition to incompetence, we were informed that our only options were to either get a different table or wait till the other people were done. It was almost like we were the ones who had created a problem and were inconveniencing them. No efforts whatsoever were made to make up for their error. Appalled by the way we were being treated, we left.Later on, I decided to call the owner of this establishment, thinking he couldn't possibly approve of the amateurism and rude ways of his personnel. Alas, waste of time. At first, he tried to deny that we had a reservation. When I told him I had proof, he said the guy who had put in our reservation "should not have done that" and "no longer worked there because of stuff like that". Couple more things this man told me: "I'm not going to offer you a free glass, because this was clearly not our fault" and "if you don't like our level of service, go to a different restaurant."And that's exactly what we had done. We ended up going to J. Corks, where we received an excellent meal and outstanding service, even without a reservation. So when it comes to fine dining, that's where we will go from now on and that's where we recommend everyone else to go.

The most memorable part of our visit to The Venue was the food - a step above most area restaurants and absolutely delicious. Our server, Amie, was attentive and helpful with suggestions but not intrusive. The look of the restaurant is simple outside but elegant inside, with a nice wine list. It was quiet enough to make conversation easy. The prices are higher than many area restaurants but I would highly recommend it for a special occasion or evening out.

Aimee did a wonderful job taking care of our party of 4. She anticipated our needs and was there whenever we needed anything. Her recommendations were spot on, and suggestions appreciated. It was a fabulous meal and experience from beginning to end. We will be back!
