Ordered at the drive thru and realized I made a mistake, politely asked to change my burger to cheese and bacon, lady got a complete asshole attitude and made a big deal out of nothing, drive further and get better service, multiple times we've had problems with this location and will never go there again. BTW if you hate your job that much there's jobs out there for ignorance

I went there and walked out was a total zoo in there there was other people behind me no one was being waited on this really young boy with curly hair was running around laughing like a heiana was not impressed I walked out and went to burger King will never go there again general manager Needs to control they're store there

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FROM HERE. I like mobile ordering since all the edit options are simple and easy to use. Unfortunately any one who works there cannot seem to ever get my edits right. I would recommend ordering in or just making it simple. I will be fair this may be a system issue but then they should have this fixed. Until then I do not recommend if you want your food a specific way.

My wife just went there after work order us both a meal paid for it then at the window they handed her drinks then a few minutes passed and the lady working the window opens it and gets real close to my wife's window and said."you need to leave now" and she explains that she ordered food and only received drinks with only 1 car waiting behind her. The employee stated that my wife never ordered food then she showed her the receipt and got her the food. That Wendy's has very disrespectful employees and clearly didn't care to do there job properly

When to store around 2:00 pm with my wife, not busy and waited 10 minutes at the counter but never got waited on. Employees and manger just stood around and looked at us. I never saw anything like it. Other people eating in the store looked and wondered why. Thought we were dead, we walked out and went to Burger King and got waited on. Guess we were not dead after all. Will not return to that store again and don't recommend 6.9.24
This wendys has turned into an absolute nightmare. Employees wearing no work attire and dirty clothes and making food, Playing with their hair, not washing hands and touching food. Coming in from smoking and not washing hands. The outside of the store itself looks like a dumpster spilled over. Windows need cleaned, it's a mess. I wont return to this store, ever

We were going to get Chick-Fil-A for breakfast this morning and we should have! My s/o was like we should get Wendys…the food gets here and EVERYTHING is cold. I also asked for no swiss cheese sauce on one of the breakfast baconators and guess what was on it…SWISS CHEESE SAUCE! Like seriously how hard is it to read a screen! Sausage was burnt and the honey butter chicken biscuit was the dryest thing I have ever had! Wendys needs to stop hiring literal CHILDREN that dont care about a damn thing! I will never return to this Wendys! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would because they dont even deserve one!

Scuzzy looking fellow kept going into the prep area. I think he knew someone working there. The girl taking orders was smart with my wife when she asked for our free Jr. Frosties. We had the key cards.
