Ordered on the mobil app in parking lot. Walked in and heard loud yelling for Amy!! Over and over again at the top of her lungs behind the counter from an employee. This went on for 5 minutes straight. I sat down and waited for my food to be done. After a 40 minute wait I finally received it. The french fries were burnt and the burger was cold!! I was so disappointed and late I just had to leave. Upon leaving I noticed 14 people in line and cars wrapped around the building for drive through. Not sure what was going on but saw some sort of a melt down here today. Will not be returning.

Stopped in there for what I was hoping to be a quick meal and was exactly the opposite. There were no customers in the establishment aside from me, my roommate, and an elderly couple. The drive-thru was also empty. Despite this, it took so long for my combo meal to be prepared that by the time my burger was ready, the fries were cold. It didn't help that instead of calling out order numbers, they simply leave them sitting on the counter hoping you'll notice. My roommate ordered a combo as well, but wanted a simple cheeseburger with added bacon rather than everything on the sandwich and they couldn't even get that right. I will never be returning to this place when I'm in the area looking for something to eat. The wait time was entirely too long for how slow business was and the staff seemed very uncoordinated.

Parking: Very confusing in parking off of route 30 you seem to enter in a one way that isn't marked.

Are you looking for worse customer service? Here you go you will find it in this location. Order online for pickup. I get there at 7:25pm the door was locked call the store and get answer that they’re short staff so they close the dining, understandable it’s heard to find people to work everywhere. Had to use the drive through for pick up as they denied to hand me the order at the door, food was ready and sitting on the counter as I can see from outside. Well finally got my order at 8:43pm over an HR late & 5 employee working there which is they was eating and chilling pretty much. There was only 3 other cars front of me.. anyway long story short that was the disgusting experience ever.

I jumped in there for a quick meal. There wasn’t a single customer in there apart from myself. Felt like the server was not listening to me while I was ordering and found out after leaving that I was correct. I ordered two meals one large Baconator and son of Baconater. The son of Baconater doesn’t have lettuce so I asked for that to be added on. Then I ask for two drinks, one without ice and one with.
I got the glasses for the drinks but they didn’t have coke out front so I filled up one cup with ice and asked her to fill both of them
with coke because they were out. Did she fill them up, yes she did but she also added ice to the one that didn’t have any even though I asked for no ice earlier and of course there was no lettuce on my burger either.

Did an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. As I was waiting I watched a guy doing something on the floor in front of the one machine. He was touching the floor. He went around the corner and then came right back and wiped the side of the drink machine with some sort of wipe. Did not wash his hands after being on the floor. He then got a drink for someone and got ice with his dirty hands while wearing a bulky leather jacket that I’m sure also touched the floor. He also turned around and rested his butt against all the lids waiting to be used. I called as I was driving home. The manager stated the person would not be there after NEXT WEEK due to these types of issues. There is no reason to wait if you know the person is a problem. Somehow they must be ok watching this stuff and letting them handle our food! The manager asked me if there was anything else I would like her to do. I said well you could offer to refund my order. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFUND?! The LEAST that she should have done is offered without me having to ask. Disgusting habits of the workers being tolerated by the manager. A good manager would consistently address these behaviors instead of letting them continue. I’ve been going to this location for over 30 years but this was the worst.

Who knew fast food could feel so first-class? This Wendy's is a cut above the rest. The place is frosty-clean and so well-organized that even Dave Thomas would applaud.

The staff? Absolute baconators when it comes to politeness and professionalism. They’re friendly, quick, well spoken, and know how to make you feel like the guest of honor.

The food is just as you’d hope—great taste, fresh flavors, and served hot enough to melt the cheese but not your patience. Plus, the sitting area is cozy with a TV that plays shows to keep you entertained while you savor every bite. There is also a fireplace which really sets a relaxing mood.

If you’re craving a square meal with round-the-clock quality, this Wendy’s is where you want to be.
