Food was cold. Sugar cookie tasted bitter and mango pineapple lemonade that I normally get at a different location had the strangest taste almost like cleaner. I think management needs to be looked at because when I came in to switch the drink for a water it seemed no one knew what they were doing.

Worst food I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s 9:30 pm Thursday August 7th. Fries so salty they burn your tongue and cold nuggets cold and had to be dried out before they got cold burger inedible hard. I’m actually going to try to get my money back it was that bad

Went to get the Taki chicken sandwich. Paid 12.50 for it, no sandwich was given (just the fries) and the number is for employees to call, not customers. Very disappointing.

Pulled into the parking lot at 4:11 PM. Completed mobile order at 4:14 PM. Sat in drive-thru line until 4:23 PM. Canceled order and left. There was one car in front of me. How can your staff Not manage three cars in the drive-thru? The car behind me left as well.

Was actually pretty underwhelmed with this Wendy's. All of our food was cold. After waiting in the drive through line for 20 mins I figured at least I'd get hot food. I was wrong.

Wow! It must be hard to find good workers....no, it must be hard to find below average workers.....because this Wendy's has hired people with absolutely no sense of customer service. If you go to the drive through, you will be there for 20-minutes. Go inside to beat the wait and nobody will come to the counter. I stood there an listened to an employee talk about how they might be seasoning the fries incorrectly. I stood there 5-minutes and left. I sure hope Wendy's management turns this place around.....it was a good place to go in the past. -Jake 7/1/2025

Typical Wendy's restaurant and food, but I will add the service I received was really good. They opened the lunch menu and grill about 5 minutes early for me and they were friendly.

Ordered on the mobil app in parking lot. Walked in and heard loud yelling for Amy!! Over and over again at the top of her lungs behind the counter from an employee. This went on for 5 minutes straight. I sat down and waited for my food to be done. After a 40 minute wait I finally received it. The french fries were burnt and the burger was cold!! I was so disappointed and late I just had to leave. Upon leaving I noticed 14 people in line and cars wrapped around the building for drive through. Not sure what was going on but saw some sort of a melt down here today. Will not be returning.
