Brock never fails to strike up meaningful conversations with me and it is honestly the highlight of every week. If you are looking for a meal replacement or some additional energy, GC Nutrition is where it's at! The owner is great and willing to take the time to walk you through the menu, the ingredients and nutrition. The Mega Tea will give you the boost you need to get through the day without a crash. Every shake I have had were amazing. There is no after taste like some meal replacements! If you are in Grove City, you should visit.

There's so many flavor options for teas and shakes, I haven't found anything I don't like, staff is always pleasant! I am sad I live 30 minutes away from GC Nutrition but anytime I am in town I try to stop to support the small business! Even before I finish one mega tea I'm already debating about what one to get next! If you haven't gone you most definitely should!

My daughter and I love Grove City Nutrition. It's a friendly place with great staff . We love there mega teas and I tried there hot tea with the medicine ball in it loved that too , especially if your not feeling ?. I highly recommend going in and grabbing a drink
