Wanted to try new chicken big Mac. The best part of the meal was the fries. As soon as I picked up the sandwich, it just fell apart. Looks as if it was slapped together. It made unwilling to eat the sandwich. Will not try again. Just very unappealing. Not worth the money.

This location is hands down, the absolute best McDonald's for customer service and staff care. You are greeted with positive smiles and welcomed like a long-time friend. All staff members ensure you are taken care of and that you have not only a correct order but also any extra condiments, napkins, or straws. These guess make you feel like a true guest at their place. I highly recommend this location for any quick and fast food from the Golden Arches. This staff will treat you like a real "King" and never a Clown.

Chicken nuggets were dry and bland for starters. I asked who I think was the manager to clean the table and said thank you and got no response. Guess it was an inconvenience. Rude! The worst part is the place is filthy! The tables, the floors, the seats....and the trash cans are all filled to the top. Disgusting!

I love their food. It's always freshly made. This might be why going there always takes 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru. That's the only downside is the wait.
Do not go there unless you have an extra 15 20 minutes to wait. The slowest "fast food" you will ever get. Back to back times this has happened. Nothing special ordered or a lot.

I ordered my food at 8:48 and paid for it . I walked in at 9:04 and I told this lady my order number and she said that they don't have it and I must have ordered at another store. I showed her my phone and she just looked at me for a few moments. I started to look for ways to prove to her my order but Then she starting reading my order and I said yes thats my order , you have it ? She said yes we just got it . I said what can I do differently to ensure you get my order within ten minutes she said very rudly "nothing there's a delay in the system. She then turned around and never said another word to me . She eventually put my order down and walked away. After a few minutes 9:08 exactly, I look at the food confirmed it was mine and walked out the door . Not an an apology from any one or thank you have a nice day, nothing. As I got to my car and opened my door I turned and saw that the same young lady was sitting criss cross applesauce on one of the tables that us customer eat at. I know I can't be the only one that has been disrespected by this young lady. I come there every day for coffee it's just a shame how they let the employees treat there customers.

I was coming from Lancaster to get tattooed near by over the course of a year and a half. I would stop here for food every single time. This was hands down the best McDonalds I've ever been to. The burgers, nuggets and fries were always fresh. I'm honestly going to miss going here until I start my next tattoo project.

DO NOT order iced coffee here, they make it completely wrong. I've worked at other McDonald's, and I know the reason why the iced coffee comes out looking soo watery is because they use one pouch of coffee grounds when they should be using two per cannister. please fix this Halifax McD's!!
